A success in the words of the client, this bathroom remodeling project was a true team effort. “Paula spent a lot of time with us and provided great advice on the design. Alece really ensured the project kept moving and was brought to closure.” The bathroom design is a transitional style that features Ultracraft Cabinetry and framed mirrors in Andover Cherry Porcini. The bathroom also features a Kohler white shower base, Kohler Caxton under mount sinks and Moen Voss polished chrome plumbing and accessories. A Kohler HydroRail in the shower provides versatility via the stationary showerhead or handheld shower in a small and cost effective footprint. A Kohler Levity frameless barn door style bypass door encloses the shower yet allows visibility of the beautiful tile surround. Tile selections include 12x24 Emil Eterna Natural Avorio floor tile installed in a diagonal subway pattern, 12x24 EGE Semik Arya White for the shower walls, tub apron and tub splash in a vertical stacked pattern with a Lunada Bay Tozen Glow Vanadium/Silver Martini glass mosaic accent band. This Australian-inspired new construction was a successful collaboration between homeowner, architect, designer and builder. The home features a Henrybuilt kitchen, butler's pantry, private home office, guest suite, master suite, entry foyer with concealed entrances to the powder bathroom and coat closet, hidden play loft, and full front and back landscaping with swimming pool and pool house/ADU.

This amazing über contemporary loft space is located in the heart of the very trendy and oh so upscale Yonge and Eglinton district. This loft oozes style and epitomizes the uptown lifestyle. It's raw industrial look really resonates with the uptown crowd. The polished concrete floors, exposed sprinklers. ductwork and huge 9ft barn doors all helped to set the stage. There was only one problem......it didn't sell! We were called in by the Realtor to give this loft and urban trendy vibe. We encouraged the clients to repaint utilizing a more current, trending palette. We choose a pallet of several grey tones. Our list of suggested updates included, switching out the light fixtures, replacing old worn carpeting with a Berber and staging utilizing key pieces one would expect with the loft look. We brought in contemporary furnishings and decor pieces including a live edge coffee table and a cowhide rug. All of these updates translated to SOLD within weeks of staging! Another successful transformation.

Their objectives were to have enough space for the entire family, and to have an energy efficient home that was low maintenance for retirement. The build was successful all around.
