Jewett Farms + Co’s Old Growth Vintage Hickory planks are milled with an antique 60 inch saw blade, replicating the original milling process and giving your hickory wide plank floor a true sense of history. Rustic hues and an exquisite varied grain pattern shine through in this rugged wood. Hickory wide plank flooring is extremely hard and durable, providing a lifetime of enjoyment. Our Old Growth Hickory is harvested from dead or fallen trees that have had a full life span, showing all the characteristics of this long slow growth. The colors vary from dark brown to light blond with some sound checking and knot holes. Jewett Farms + Co’s Old Growth “Vintage, Circular Sawn” Hickory wide plank flooring is available to be shipped throughout the United States from our New England headquarters.

This large curved 2 level deck was built in Berkeley Heights, NJ. The flooring is Ipe hardwood that was screwed down and plugged. The plugs were then sanded flush with the floor so there were no visible fasteners. We used over 8000 plugs on the deck! The railing is a custom railing by Deck Pros. Most of the components are from the Azek railing system while the top rail and sub-rail are Ipe hardwood. It took many hours in our shop to bend the rail and attach the Ipe top rail. Low voltage LED light caps and stair lights provide illumination at night. The customer plans to add a pergola to the high 6x6 rail posts.

Explore the elegance of this Architectural Digest-featured bathroom in a Nashville home, thoughtfully designed by award-winning designers Lauren Bradshaw and Sarah Sherman Samuel. Centered around the Ascension line freestanding natural copper clawfoot bathtub from Re's Parish Collection, inspired by the picturesque landscapes of Louisiana, this bathroom is a testament to luxury and design excellence. The bathtub is paired with high-end Delta Victorian brass tub fixtures, enhancing its allure. Adjacent to the tub, the space features a sophisticated Kingston brass vanity sink atop a Mason porcelain console, contributing to the room's refined contemporary aesthetic. Enhancing the functionality and style, custom recessed cabinetry is seamlessly integrated into the walls, providing streamlined storage solutions without compromising the sleek design. The flooring and baseboards are adorned with custom sheet tiles from Fire Clay Tile, specifically the Akoya and Halite designs, which bring an artisanal and eco-conscious touch to the space. These tiles not only add a layer of luxury but also resonate with the room's modern and artistic vibe. The walls and ceiling boast a unique faux finish paint application, complementing the custom tile work and adding depth to the room's overall ambiance. This bathroom renovation showcases the harmonious blend of modern luxury and sustainable design, making it a highlight of Nashville's residential architecture and a distinguished project on Houzz. In this country garden, we renovated the shores of the pond and created a wooden island to which floating wooden paths lead. Planted the edges of the garden. Added high-altitude wooden terraces at the edge of the forest. We placed sculptures in hidden corners. Created a rural fairytale garden.
