Clear and uncluttered, this modern Scandinavian-inspired kitchen has it all! Functional and designed for optimal efficiency, its neutral tones are timeless. Each aspect has been designed to ensure better efficiency in the kitchen. With the many drawers and large work surfaces, the space is optimized and offers a clean and refreshing look. The long and narrow window under the cabinets adds natural light incorporating nature and greenery into the kitchen. Designed in lacquered MDF and custom-made veneered oak with a plank effect, this Scandinavian-style kitchen was created by the team of kitchen designers in Montreal.

This was a custom kitchen remodeling project where we refaced the kitchen cabinets and butler’s pantry in Cherry with Walzcraft 5 piece mortise and tenon raised panel doors with 5 piece mortise and tenon raised panel drawer fronts. We used Maple with MDF center panels on the door and drawers. The stain used was Heritage Color Wiping Stain, Solvent Wiped Dark Brown Glaze with Heavy Intensity, Satin Finish Topcoat. For the island, the stain used was Linen Solid Tone Finish with Dry Wiped Light Brown Glaze with Heavy Glaze Intensity, Satin Finish Topcoat. We modified the base cabinets in Butler’s Pantry to allow installation of a wine cooler. We then replaced the drawer boxes and guides, adding full extension drawer guides. We also provided new door and drawer pulls. Some additional work that we did to the kitchen was added fluted pilasters and wainscot paneling on the island. We also added raised panel ends on wall and base cabinets. The existing appliances remained in place, at wall oven cabinet refacing materials were installed by loosening wall ovens and applying refacing, then re-securing ovens. Microwave and dishwasher remained in place.

Crystal Kitchen + Bath provided the design for this Kitchen and Dining Room in this modern dream home located in El Paso, Texas. Being that it was new construction, we were given a blank canvas to design within the large, open space. The sleek, glossy white slab cabinet doors contrast nicely next to the rough, textural stone wall in the adjacent Family Room. High ceilings add to the wide open look of the room and allowed us to stack the cabinets up to 108” high. There are numerous accessories and storage systems within the cabinets to keep everything organized and in place.

White kitchens are very popular, mostly in part of their diverse style. They can look minimalist or fancy and luxurious. This beautiful home in Greely recently had a kitchen remodel that is fresh and airy. The look of this kitchen is transitional with MDF doors lacquered in snow white. The simple style of the shaker door is paired with more traditional touches such as crown molding to the ceiling. Details such as glass display cabinets that sit on the counter have a farm-style element and really elevate the look of this kitchen. Large-size pantry cabinets emphasize the height and space o the room. To create a better flow, a wall was removed for an uncluttered spacious layout. We combined elements of both wood and stone countertops for extra texture and interest. Creamy white quartz is contrasted and plays off the timeless butcher Block Island top. The natural hardwood flooring pairs beautifully with cabinetry and adds warmth to this white space. Taupe-colored walls look crisp and clean against the white cabinets and countertops. This kitchen uses all its space effectively, with ample cabinets and smart storage solutions; this kitchen is captivating with all its brightness.
