Heartwood Kitchen and Bath

I had a bad experience dealing with David, I believe he is the owner of the business. . He doesn’t keep his word and he keeps changing the quotes. He doesn’t give clarity on what he calculated even if you ask multiple times. He gave me a quote of $2500 to supply/install quartz product. I saw him 3 weeks ago and he said the price went up. But when I showed him the layout and the price that he quoted me before ($2500). He said I would honour that price. He also took a copy of the layout/quote. I went to see him today to finalize the deal and pay a deposit, he said he can’t find my copy, and the price went up. He jacked up the price to $4800! No eye contact, and no explanation was given except that the price was increased! No I don’t recommend this company at all, no credibility and unprofessional.
