This luxury interior design project in Raleigh NC by Lavish transforms an upper-level suite into a glamorous entertainment retreat built for hosting, playing, and relaxing in style. Our clients wanted a high-design space that could do it all — a place to mix a drink, shoot a round of pool, watch a film, and unwind. Lavish designed a series of connected rooms unified by a refined, contemporary palette of warm brass, honed dark stone, fluted millwork, and collected art. A statement wet bar anchors the suite with oversized brass dome pendants, a dramatic geometric stone backsplash, and a honed black island. Nearby, a billiards room with a moody vaulted ceiling, a plush home theater with tiered seating, and light-filled lounge areas layered with sculptural furniture and abstract art complete the experience. After renovating their uniquely laid out and dated kitchen, Glenbrook Cabinetry helped these homeowners fill every inch of their new space with functional storage and organizational features. New additions include: an island with alcove seating, a full pantry wall, coffee station, a bar, warm appliance storage, spice pull-outs, knife block pull out, and a message station. Who says a bathroom can’t be fun and colorful? This dedicated kids’ bathroom was updated to fit the personalities of the children who use it daily. The blue accented 6x6” wall tiles were arranged in a custom pattern, while the fixtures and hardware are a unique pink hue. The hutch for towels and other supplies also features pink shelves, while the modern wall sconce lights keep the space looking bright. The medicine cabinet mirror is hung above the custom wall-mounted vanity, which is painted gray to match the gray tile floors. To complete this renovation, we included a spacious white tiled shower that has plenty of built-in shelves for toiletries.
