Our returning clients, middle-aged professionals, reached out to us to remodel their bathrooms as they transition from raising children to focusing on their own comfort and living space. They asked us to modernize their ensuite and shared bathroom, both of which had become outdated and impractical for their current needs.
In the ensuite bathroom, we removed a partition wall to redesign and expand the shower and toilet areas, creating a spacious open-concept layout. We added custom cabinetry with pull-out pantries, finished in a bright paint, and a large linear perimeter for ample storage and countertop space. The countertops and backsplash feature dusk veining, paired with brushed nickel sinks, faucets, and cabinet hardware, giving the space a contemporary yet timeless update. A new curbless glass enclosure adds a striking focal point, while the removal of an underused angled jetted tub creates space for an elegant freestanding tub.
In the shared bathroom, we replaced the tub with a modern curbed shower and enhanced the aesthetic with large, colorful porcelain floor tiles that tie together the artistic essence of the home.
The result is a significantly more functional and visually appealing space that reflects our clients' unique style and needs.

These delightful clients of Sosna, a family of middle-aged professionals, contacted us to renovate their Kitchen and Office Space in their home. The Kitchen was dated, and lacked sufficient storage, while the Office lacked adequate work space and storage.
Throughout the renovation process, ensuring top-quality workmanship and adhering to a strict deadline were paramount.
The Kitchen was transformed into a stunning, highly functional space ideal for hosting gatherings. The eyes are drawn to the unique lighting feature over the large island, and the gorgeous sliding door with black trim, providing natural light, and a perfect view into the backyard.
The Living Room was updated with functional shelving that kept everything in its place, and wires and cords tucked away.
In the office, we've maximized storage and functionality. Our design approach focused on timelessness, incorporating white and black cabinetry with touches of gold, creating an elegant and enduring style.
In the end, we completed the project on time and provided our clients with a functional space, that matched their personal style and met their needs.

A Thoughtful Condo Makeover for a Young Chef in the Making
This project began with a middle-aged couple looking to refresh their one-bedroom condo for their young adult son. The unit had been a rental for years and wasn’t well-suited to his needs. The kitchen had an awkward, oversized island, the closets lacked functionality, and the overall look was outdated—cream walls, mismatched narrow flooring, and beige tiles throughout. The bathroom also needed serious attention, with grimy, moldy finishes.
After a tough renovation experience years ago in their other home, the family knew they needed someone they could trust. Having worked with Andrei before, they turned to Sosna with full confidence.
While the general layout remained similar, some key changes made a big impact. The oversized island was replaced with a peninsula, which opened up the space and provided extra storage and a longer counter surface. New custom closet organizers were designed specifically around the son's lifestyle, and the bedroom closet got a set of new doors. We also replaced all of the flooring, using medium-gray porcelain tiles in the foyer and kitchen, and light wood-look vinyl in the living areas and bedroom. To ensure a smooth transition between materials, we used self-leveling compound to keep everything even.
Despite working around holiday delivery schedules and condo board renovation policies, the project stayed on track and was completed on time.
The result is a fresh, Japandi-inspired home that’s both stylish and functional. The kitchen features light wood cabinetry, leathered quartz countertops, a large-format tile backsplash, and matte black accents that bring it all together. A single-bowl sink now easily accommodates a Dutch oven, and the thoughtful closet design gives the son plenty of organized storage space. Fresh paint and updated finishes create a calming, cohesive atmosphere.
One memorable part of the process was helping the family work through design decisions together. As close as they are, they had different tastes and sometimes struggled to align. With clear guidance, we helped them move forward with confidence and find solutions they all loved.
Now, their son has a space that reflects his personality and passions—and the family has peace of mind knowing it was done right.

This boy was really into knights and castles. I turned his bedroom into a castle.I painted each brick. I then bought a knight that was his size. I put it in the corner. I also put swords (not sharp) on his walls.

A foyer that was a tad unruly needed updating. The client wanted a dining table that didn't interrupt the flow into the kitchen. BoConept had a table that fit the space perfectly. Stools and chairs pull out to accommodate guests. This was a very interesting and fun mix of modern and the middle ages. Her artwork was staying and it all came together so nicely.

The SS German made farm sink is equipped with a pull out hose spray. The round nickel piece in the middle of the frame raises up for electrical outlets and WiFi hookups out of the way.
