The customer elected to reface their existing oak kitchen with a more modern look. They chose a Shaker style of cabinet door, opting for a Satin White finish on solid Maple for the main part of the kitchen and a contrasting Charisma (dark) color stain on Maple wood for the island. New Granite counters were installed along with a new tiles backsplash. Storage enhancements were added to make some of the cabinets more accessible/user friendly, and more functional. New stainless steel pulls were installed to provide the “perfect” finishing touch to this beautiful new kitchen.

These homeowners loved the style of their cabinet doors but wanted a lighter color of wood. We fabricated custom arched maple doors with beadboard centers to make a lighter twin of the look they loved. The client had Oak cabinets, circa 1990 with a raised panel cathedral arch style of door. The cabinets were refinished in a dark stain 5 years ago, which was done professionally. Unfortunately, the finish did not last and was peeling and flaking in numerous locations on the doors and cabinetry. The owners chose to have their existing cabinets refaced with Maple plywood veneer in a CC Café stain. The matching color solid maple doors selected were in a shaker style with a beveled edge detail; the drawer fronts were a solid maple slab type. New base shoe moldings were also added to complete the project. New Blum hinges were installed using Blumotion soft-close hinges. Amerock Antique Silver pulls were chosen to compliment the cabinet refacing project.
