The owner of this home in Maine involved Koncerted in the design process from day one, allowing us to create unique, integrated systems with no workarounds. Design was first priority for this client, so all tech—including whole home audio, full surveillance, video doorbells, home entertainment, and five televisions—was chosen and installed with a minimalist aesthetic in mind. This secure, tech-enabled home also has as its centerpiece a custom-made floating staircase with embedded motion-sensored LED lights that give it a glowing effect. Metalwork: Sincere Metal Works

We reworked a tired master suite from it's 1990's glory and brought it into 2020. One main concern for this aging couple was good lighting. So we added light to the shower and above the toilet and bidet that are on motion sensors. We did more narrow floating vanity to conserve space and add a modern touch.

great use of space turning this staircase area into a kids playhouse. complete with motion sensor light for safety and gorgeous shiplap walls

Manufactured by Presotto the walnut melamine wardrobe makes it easy to see everything you need with glass drawers and shelves. Within the bottom shelving rubber is laid down for shoes. Led lights with motion sensors incorporated into the design of all accessories. This includes shelves, drawer packs and pullout frames and walnut melamine shoe holder.

Our clients came to us seeking our design expertise to help them re-work their bathroom and create a spa-like oasis. By removing a wall with vanity in the middle of the room, the fiberglass shower and walls, and eliminating the oversize tub deck we were able to work with a large open space and create the bathroom of our clients’ dreams.
Originally, there was a wall with a single vanity behind it when you first walked into the bathroom which really closed off the space and made it feel quite small. By eliminating the wall and single vanity, fiberglass shower, and built-in bathtub, we were able to enlarge the water closet 2 ½’ and create an open, airy bathroom.
We designed a curbless shower so our clients can age-in-place and always have accessibility into their shower. A long shower bench was added to provide a comfortable spot to sit and enjoy the shower. At the end of the open shower space was the perfect spot to put the freestanding bathtub with easy access from either end of the bathtub. Large windows allow the shower or bath user to enjoy the gorgeous views of nature right outside the window.
A double vanity was installed with a seating area for doing make-up and hair. Toe kick lighting was added to provide soft lighting for the nighttime trips to the bathroom with a built-in motion sensor so no need to try and find light switches in the dark. This toe kick lighting can also be used during relaxing, bubbly soaks in the tub to provide a nice soft light to relax in. Gorgeous pendant fixtures over the vanity provide lovely light and have dimmer switches for times when you do not need full lighting.
Heated tile flooring throughout the bathroom, along with a heat lamp with fan, and towel warmer will leave the clients feeling so warm and cozy after a relaxing shower or long soak they may never want to leave their bathroom.

Scout's motion sensor can be placed on a shelf or adhered to any wall or structure. The Scout access sensor can be placed on any door, window or cabinet that open and closes to track open and closes.

In this house, no area is too small to be artfully designed and decorated. Her water closet has a stunning tile accent, highlighted by a well-placed can light. It's a water closet so beautiful you'll have to restrain yourself from bragging about it to all of your guests.
Another interesting aspect of the water closets in the master bathroom is that both his and hers are on a motion sensor. Since both closets are fairly recessed into the bathroom, when the lights come on, they serve as a perfect nightlight. Now that's what I call ingenious design.

Finding the right partners and the right products was paramount to the Scottsdale home. Marvin Modern windows provided thermal performance, as well as UV protection and durability against the Arizona sun. The collection’s narrow profiles are aesthetically pleasing and transform the windows into frames of the desert landscape.
