Because the double doors were the showpiece of the courtyard entry, the homeowners chose a different latch and lock for their side yard gate. They chose the Nero Contemporary Lever Latch and Square Modern Style Deadbolt in black.
This photo shows the interior of the gate, latching against a fence panel.

A fabulous Art Deco sconce in chrome, dating from the 1920's, and found in a home in Charleston, SC. The sconce features a ribbed, rectangular backplate; a streamlined arm extends from the bottom of the backplate to support an unusual shade. The curved white glass shade is surrounded by a chrome framework with skyscraper detailing; a single light is perches within it. This wall light has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original non-functioning turn switch for nostalgia’s sake; however, we will gladly replace it with a new one if desired. The sconce measures 9-5/8” tall, 4-1/2” wide, and projects 4” from the wall.

This view shows the easy installation of the legs. Tabletop flattener cleats are recommended. The cleat eliminates warping of tabletop boards, hence the term 'flattener' cleat. Great for use with hairpin legs. Gives additional support and strength to long tables. Use when span between legs (as measured along the length of the tabletop boards) is 30" or greater. Simple Installation. No woodworking experience needed. Cleats fasten to table top with wood screws (included). Free cleat installation with tabletop purchase.
Choose a cleat length about six inches shorter than your dining table top is wide, or about four inches shorter than your side/coffee table is wide. (Cleats run perpendicular to tabletop board direction.)
