Influenced by traditional Spanish architecture, the use of time-honored materials such as wrought iron, clay pavers and roof tiles, colorful hand-painted ceramic tiles, and rustic wood details give this home its unique character. The spectacular ocean views are captured from decks and balconies, while the basement houses a media room, wine cellar, and guest rooms. The plan allows one to circulate effortlessly from space to space with portals or arched openings rather than doors as the transition between rooms.

Hamptons-Inspired Kitchen One cannot help but feel a distinct sense of serenity and timeless beauty when entering this Hamptons-style kitchen. Bathed in natural light and shimmering with inspired accents and details, this complete kitchen transformation is at once elegant and inviting. Although wood floors are beautiful and classical to homes they have their issues. I have recently done various projects with porcelain wood look tiles through out the house. This is my new favorite, looks amazing, set tight with a matching grout you would not guess its tile. And not till you go down to inspect the floor does one realize it's porcelain NOT wood. Amazing!!

Light varies in the space, picking up silver/black or copper colors depending on the time of day.

A wood trimmed tufted lavender bed anchors this expansive guest bedroom. Blue and white floral bedding is fresh and colorful. Layers of pattern and color carry the lavender and blue and white palette throughout the space. Glass lamps with blue glass embellishments top the mother of pearl bedside tables. A desk makes this guest suite triple purpose for sleeping, lounging, and working. A fluffy white shag rug adds a cozy layer to the room.
