Sofa Bed In modern homes where space is often limited and practicality is essential, sofa beds have become a go-to furniture solution. A sofa bed, also known as a sleeper sofa or pull-out couch, combines the functionality of a comfortable seating area with the convenience of an extra bed. Whether you live in a small apartment, need an extra bed for guests, or simply want a space-saving solution, a sofa bed is a smart and stylish choice.
What is a Sofa Bed?
sleeper sofa
A sofa bed is a multi-functional piece of furniture that serves as both a couch and a bed. During the day, it functions like a traditional sofa, providing seating for family or guests. At night or when needed, it can be converted into a bed—either by unfolding a hidden mattress or by flattening the sofa itself. This dual-purpose design makes it ideal for homes where space efficiency is a priority.

This multi-functional living and entertaining space features a custom kitchenette, copper dining table, a plush sectional sofa and lots of polished nickel accents and mirrored surfaces to reflect light.

Unique textures, printed rugs, dark wood floors, and neutral-hued furnishings make this traditional home a cozy, stylish abode.

This inviting corner of the remodeled kitchen offers a seamless blend of function and warmth, designed for everyday convenience and casual entertaining. Custom cabinetry in a soft wood tone provides ample drawer storage and complements the veined quartz countertops. Expansive windows and sliding glass doors flood the space with natural light, offering serene views and indoor-outdoor connectivity. A dedicated coffee bar enhances the daily routine, while nearby appliances like the mixer and air fryer create a well-equipped prep station. Thoughtfully placed outlets support the functionality of this multi-use zone. Matte black drawer pulls and neutral finishes continue the kitchen's cohesive design story. This space invites connection and comfort—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or prepping for dinner with ease.

This expansive Victorian had tremendous historic charm but hadn’t seen a kitchen renovation since the 1950s. The homeowners wanted to take advantage of their views of the backyard and raised the roof and pushed the kitchen into the back of the house, where expansive windows could allow southern light into the kitchen all day. A warm historic gray/beige was chosen for the cabinetry, which was contrasted with character oak cabinetry on the appliance wall and bar in a modern chevron detail. This room transformation took 4 weeks to do. It was originally a bedroom and we transformed it into a glamorous walk in dream closet for our client. All cabinets were designed and custom built for her needs. Dresser drawers on the left hold delicates and the top drawer for clutches and large jewelry. The center island was also custom built and it is a jewelry case with a built in bench on the side facing the shoes.
