The design inspiration for this daylight basement turned guest quarters was a fusion of urban edge and a deep sea palette. Furniture was reclaimed and re-purposed in a fresh way and unexpected art was added to create visual interest. A custom mixed teal wall color creates an underwater feeling while the wood slice art adds warmth to the living area. The Barracuda art in the hallway to the bedroom was inspired by the families passion for sea diving. We worked with an etsy artist who created barracuda line drawings which we framed and wall mounted in a 'fish school' formation. The citron painted frames make the black and white drawings pop! Over the bed, we framed black fan coral in crisp white frames. The effect is delicate and artful. A basement turned guest quarters filled with sea inspired personality! Bring on the guests!

Our natural basalt fountain kit featuring three columns with natural sides and tops create a beautiful flow of water. The free flowing water drowns out neighborhood noise and focuses your senses. Each column is drilled through the center which allows the water to flow as a fountain. The columns sit atop an AquaBox basin which holds the water and pump allowing the system to recirculate using its own water. With a small footprint, easy installation, and low maintenance, this fountain is a natural for any landscape setting.

This elegant property has gorgeous views of the harbor, with sweeping stone walls that create a terraced effect. Since the house was a warm beige, I felt a bold red would really bring it to life, mixed with burgundy foliage and big, dramatic grasses.

Split rail fencing is a beautiful, traditional style of fence. It is one of the oldest styles of fence that is still manufactured and installed today. Why? Split rail fences are the best of everything. First, the are inexpensive because of the materials needed (basic wood slates and posts). Second, they can be put up in a very short amount of time. This is because the posts only need a three-step installation, making it more efficient. Third, they add a rustic look to all types of properties. We have installed split rail fencing on all types of properties - residential, farms, and more. They are a great option for keeping horse and livestock in a contained area also. We use different types of wood depending on the project we are working on. Not all wood is right for a split rail fence. You will want to go with something that is sturdy and weather-proof. We coat all of our wood with a special varnish clear-coat that keeps away termites and protects against harsh weather.

European style cabinets and panels were used to transform this kitchen. Sleek lines and contrasting finishes add a modern touch while housing state of the art appliances.
