We took a plain guest room and turned it into a beachside retreat for those family and friends visiting this client. We have a focal wall with fabulous Serena and Lily wallpaper and show stopping custom lights. All topped off with navy and white accents and natural fibers throughout.

This 1990s brick home had decent square footage and a massive front yard, but no way to enjoy it. Each room needed an update, so the entire house was renovated and remodeled, and an addition was put on over the existing garage to create a symmetrical front. The old brown brick was painted a distressed white. The 500sf 2nd floor addition includes 2 new bedrooms for their teen children, and the 12'x30' front porch lanai with standing seam metal roof is a nod to the homeowners' love for the Islands. Each room is beautifully appointed with large windows, wood floors, white walls, white bead board ceilings, glass doors and knobs, and interior wood details reminiscent of Hawaiian plantation architecture. The kitchen was remodeled to increase width and flow, and a new laundry / mudroom was added in the back of the existing garage. The master bath was completely remodeled. This guest bathroom was painted in a very deep gray and then stenciled in a nautical rope. The dark walls contrast the crisp white gloss tile and the dark wood cabinets make for a very handsome space.

Off the mud and storage rooms is a powder room designed for family and guests to use when coming in from the outdoor shower and pool area, and additional exterior door allowing for easy access. Basketweave grasscloth on the walls and a textured wave abaca weave on the ceiling in nautical tones maintain the coastal style. Travertine floors add a natural touch. The bathroom was designes to be large enough to serve as a changing room, with convenient hooks and a full length mirror.

This oceanside residence in coastal Rhode Island blends relaxed Southern California ease with classic New England charm. A full renovation removed interior walls and introduced expansive sliding doors that open to the patio, creating an indoor outdoor living experience. The outdoor area features a tiered swimming pool, a spacious lounge and sweeping ocean views. The modern kitchen includes a two tiered island, woven metal inserts, slab stone backsplash, contemporary lighting and a pass-through window that connects to the outdoor kitchen. The primary bathroom offers unobstructed ocean views from the shower and bathtub, along with a dual vanity and stone wrapped walls that reinforce a sense of luxury. Throughout the home, a cream and neutral materials palette brings comfort and personality.
