They stand up to the elements and do not move or come apart like a manufactured step that is glued. All of our steps are guillotine cut. This gives them a nice clean natural finish. Only minimal lighting was required in this yard as the fire pots, linear fire insert and the glow of the pool and spa provide soft lighting to navigate throughout the yard. This design adds even greater impact to the cactus being up lit.

This project is the rebuild of a classic Craftsman bungalow that had been destroyed in a fire. Throughout the design process we balanced the creation of a house that would feel like a true home, to replace the one that had been lost, while managing a budget with challenges from the insurance company, and navigating through a complex approval process. Prior to this remodel, getting from the owners' second floor kitchen to their driveway and side yard required navigating a steep back stair and walking all the way around the front of the house or walking through the house to the front door. The new side entry opens directly to the new patio entertaining area and driveway. Inside, there is a generous hall and gentle l-shaped staircase that leads directly to the kitchen.

Renovated bathroom, new tile on floor, removed tile off walls, installed wainscoting using ply bead. replaced vanity that had a sharp corner and was hard to navigate by with a pedestal sink which opened up the area to more easily walk through. Multi-story residential building located in the heart of downtown, Lafayette Towne Center creates a connection to the city while still allowing for a retreat into your own space. Entering into the building you are greeted with a massive geometric Feature Wall reflecting its angled lights back at you. Navigating through the building is refreshing to the eyes as you view the walls decorated with Corridor Panels in a repeating leaf pattern and Wayfinding Boxes located at each elevator with water ripples expanding out from the central text.

This modern farmhouse is so bright and fresh. Circular drive make is easy to navigate through both garages and entry. The rustic touches create a cozy feel against the bright white backdrop. Clean lines and exposed beams combine to make you feel you aren't in a city but more in a rural farmhouse!

Plans tend to fall through. However if you are well prepared the day before, it’ll be easy to navigating to plan B or C! However this is a picture of her closet that is very much accessible to her if she decides to sleep a bit late; being able to see all of your options is top tier! No more going on a Scavenger Hunt!
