Inspiration for a patio remodel in Dallas

Perfectly presented, timeless white, gray and black hues. Beautifully thought and highly functional kitchen in Bellevue's Woodridge neighborhood. As a part of a full scale renovation on this home, the original kitchen space was reconfigured into a walk thru laundry room and sunny, front-and-center kitchen space. Crisp white detailing, black granite counters and skirted center island. A place for everything, everything in its place. Precise induction cooking, convection oven, pro-style vent hood, and tall refrigeration. Abundant recessed and under cabinet lighting accentuates the space. This “before” image highlights the original fireplace and living area prior to renovation. Featuring a traditional beadboard surround and ornate furnishings, the design reflected a classic aesthetic but lacked the clean lines and visual balance of a modern transitional style. The renovation completely reimagined this focal point with sleek stone finishes, minimal detailing, and a more architectural presence — transforming it into a timeless centerpiece that defines the updated living space.

Before renovation: an informal stepping stone path with compacted soil and inconsistent grading contributed to poor drainage and unclear circulation. The space required regrading, defined edging, and structured planting to improve both performance and visual order.

The original backyard featured patchy, worn natural grass that required constant maintenance. This was the starting point before installing premium synthetic turf for a clean, evergreen landscape.

Here is the before picture of a client that had a mess with their TV, soundbar, and wiring mounted on the wall. They wanted this space cleaned up, with the items mounted properly, an AV connection box for portable electronics, and a AV wall shelf to hold their equipment.
