Fatti+inlà (Move over a bit!) is a creation by Andrea Grattaroli of Studio Kuadra and is an example of his fertile creativity. The design represents an imaginary row of birds on the ledge of a building. One of the birds, the cuckoo, pushes its way out of its house taking its place in the row. The inspiring concept is quite simple but the final result is very elegant. This clock can be hung on a wall or placed on a surface. The twenty-two wooden birds are all handmade and are aligned on two perfectly balanced wooden blocks. The twenty-third bird chirps every hour moving forward and bowing. Two very fine hands tell the time. The clock comes in two versions: black with white hands or white with black hands. It is made of wood and is varnished with non-toxic paint. The back of the clock is in metal which facilities hanging and gives a stylish finish to the whole item. The battery run cuckoo mechanism has a photosensitive sensor that automatically turns off the cuckoo sound in the absence of light. It also has a switch to regulate the volume of the cuckoo sound or to switch it off completely.

Small in scale but rich in detail, an interior designer brought a jewel box vision to life in the kitchen of her 1900 Georgetown row home. Drawing from the lush backyard garden, she chose Snaidero cabinetry in Alps Green and Burnished Gold Mica Matte Lacquers, paired with Bronzed frame glass units for the uppers and white quartz counters with gold veining. Handleless cabinets and clean lines help the space feel open, elegant, and ideal for entertaining.

This home underwent a complete kitchen renovation designed to maximize functionality and charm. Collaborating with the now-retired local interior design firm Connie Long Interiors, we created a space that perfectly suits the homeowner’s needs. The kitchen features custom cabinetry design and built-in storage solutions, combining modern storage with timeless style. A skylight was installed to introduce natural light, enhancing the warm and inviting atmosphere.
A quaint breakfast nook adds character, while exposed beams and raw-edge wood countertops bring a rustic touch to the otherwise contemporary kitchen. This renovation balances clean lines with unique design elements, blending rustic charm and modern functionality.
As experienced general contractors, we specialize in kitchen remodels, custom millwork, modern countertops, custom cabinetry design, and architectural planning. From crafting beautiful kitchen layouts to enhancing natural light with thoughtful features, we bring expert craftsmanship to every project.

This very tiny + outdated kitchen was begging for a fix me up. So we gave it just what it was asking for and we gutted it down to the bare bones and started fresh. A new functional open concept layout, much larger working triangle and massive amount of work space gave this kitchen the love it needed. We opted for no uppers on half of the kitchen to get a slight Scandinavian vibe and a nice neutral slate to keep it timeless and ready to flow with the rest of the home.
