For this project, we had to manufacture a Tv-Unit with a lift-up mechanism, for an apartment in North London. The project had its challenges as it can be quite difficult to design and manufacture a piece of furniture with moving components. Despite the challenges our team pulled together and found the best solutions to manufacture, deliver and install the Tv-unit and as you can observe the result was spectacular.

Dimensions: 13.50m2 | 145.31sqft The powder room plays a vital role as an extension of the living room, so the purpose was to assure this space was unique and enjoyable like other public areas. This was a small home that was built on a site that already housed barns and areas for horses. The owners requested that the home fit in with the rest of the buildings on site and looked as if it had been there since the beginning. This pushed the design in a traditional farmhouse direction to match the exteriors white paint and green metal roofs. However, upon entry of the house, the observer finds a very unexpected interior that modernizes the concept of farm living.

When people decide they're ready to renovate their landscape, often things like 'better functionality' or 'more cohesiveness' is at the top of the list. For this homeowner, it was a desire to honor and accommodate the local critters.
