This lovely master closet is finished with traditional white melamine and thermofoil raised panel fronts to closely match the existing bathroom area. Using the full height of the room allowed for open shelving above clothing sections used for decorative display. The center island contains 2 tilt out hampers and 6 drawer banks for added storage. The countertop is Grey Savoie by Victostone. To create a column effect around the window, tall pull outs were used on both sides for scarf/necklace storage for her and belt/tie storage for him. The finishing touches include matte round aluminum rods, clear Lucite jewelry tray, valet rods, belt racks, hidden wall safe, and a pull out ironing station cabinet. LED lighting was routed into the shelving above all rods and puck lights above the two dresser areas, creating additional pizzazz and glamour to the space. The goal of this closet was to make the dressing area for a couple as a meeting place, conducive to conversation and organization. Designed by Donna Siben for Closet Organizing Systems

This project was part of a major renovation with the closet being one of the largest square footage spaces in the design. The closet was designed from floor to ceiling with cabinets spanning the top and wrapping around the corners to connect the three sections of this closet. The narrow island is used to house ‘His’ shoes while ‘Her’ shoes are showcased on a wall of open shelving. Seventy-one drawers were needed to accomplish enough storage for personal items. The closet was constructed of White Melamine and traditional raised panel faces along with Extra-large crown molding and fascia buildup span and wrap around the entire closet. This closet is also graced with an ironing center cabinet, safe, tilt out hamper and pull out narrow tall cabinets to house necklaces and scarves, pull out mirror, belt racks, tie & belt butlers and valet rods. The island countertops are made with High Pressure Laminate to match the hardwood floor. Designed by Donna Siben for Closet Organizing Sytems

Location: Brooklyn, NY, United States This brand-new townhouse at Pierhouse, Brooklyn was a gorgeous space, but was crying out for some personalization to reflect our clients vivid, sophisticated and lively design aesthetic. Bold Patterns and Colors were our friends in this fun and eclectic project. Our amazing clients collaborated with us to select the fabrics for the den's custom Roche Bobois Mah Jong sofa and we also customized a vintage swedish rug from Doris Leslie Blau. for the Living Room Our biggest challenge was to capture the space under the Staircase so that it would become usable for this family. We created cubby storage, a desk area, coat closet and oversized storage. We even managed to fit in a 12' ladder - not an easy feat! Photographed by: James Salomon
