This Noe Valley whole-house renovation maximizes natural light and features sculptural details. A new wall of full-height windows and doors allows for stunning views of downtown San Francisco. A dynamic skylight creates shifting shadows across the neutral palette of bleached oak cabinetry, white stone and silicone bronze. In order to avoid the clutter of an open plan the kitchen is intentionally outfitted with minimal hardware, integrated appliances and furniture grade cabinetry and detailing. Walk-in closet - traditional dark wood floor and brown floor walk-in closet idea in Boston with flat-panel cabinets and white cabinets

This unique symmetry based coop has found its home in Anaheim Hills, CA. It's central coop roof was outfitted with a thermal composite corrugated material with a slight peak to perfectly adjoin the run areas on each side. The run areas were treated with an open wired flat roof where it will find home to vining vegetable plants to further compliment the planter boxes to be placed in front. Sits on a concrete footing for predator protection and to assure a flat footprint Built with true construction grade materials, wood milled and planed on site for uniformity, heavily stained and weatherproofed, 1/2" opening german aviary wire for full predator protection. Measures 19' long x 3'6" wide x 7' tall @ central peak and allows for full walk in access. It is home to beautiful chickens that we provided as well as all the necessary implements. Features T1-11 textured wood siding, a fold down door that doubles as a coop-to-run ramp on one side with a full size coop clean out door on the other, thermal corrugated roofing over run area and more!

I have him dressed as a Virginia Tech Hokie fan this year complete with beads, Pom Pom and pennant. I also added the pumpkin sunglasses for fun." Bel Air Photography This bathroom's shell was outfit by the brilliant Kelly Wearstler. She installed that penny tile and black subway, the mirror and the vanities. We added the floor treatment decor (toilet, furnishings, towel bars, art) working with the great bones her work provided.

To create a colonial outdoor living space, we gut renovated this patio, incorporating heated bluestones, a custom traditional fireplace and bespoke furniture. The space was divided into three distinct zones for cooking, dining, and lounging. Firing up the built-in gas grill or a relaxing by the fireplace, this space brings the inside out.
