This beautiful transitional powder room with wainscot paneling and wallpaper was transformed from a 1990's raspberry pink and ornate room. The space now breathes and feels so much larger. The vanity was a custom piece using an old chest of drawers. We removed the feet and added the custom metal base. The original hardware was then painted to match the base.

A Custom double vanity fits perfectly in this spacious Master Bath. The vanity color is Benjamin Moore Andes Summit. The countertop material is White River Granite. The mirrors were purchased by the client. All of the hardware is Crystal knobs from Emtek.

This sophisticated bathroom pairs bold lines with refined luxury. A furniture style black double vanity with white counter anchors the space, while graphic tile flooring and an ethereal cloud-motif ceiling add layers of artistry. Mirrored symmetry and metallic accents elevate the design, creating a timeless sanctuary with a distinct edge.

This beautiful home for a family of four got a refreshing new design, making it a true reflection of the homeowners' personalities. The living room was designed to look bright and spacious with a stunning custom white oak coffee table, stylish swivel chairs, and a comfortable pale peach sofa. An antique bejeweled snake light creates an attractive focal point encouraging fun conversations in the living room. In the kitchen, we upgraded the countertops and added a beautiful backsplash, and the dining area was painted a soothing sage green adding color and character to the space. One of the kids' bedrooms got a unique platform bed with a study and storage area below it. The second bedroom was designed with a custom day bed with stylish tassels and a beautiful bulletin board wall with a custom neon light for the young occupant to decorate at will. The guest room, with its earthy tones and textures, has a lovely "California casual" appeal, while the primary bedroom was designed like a haven for relaxation with black-out curtains, a statement chain link chandelier, and a beautiful custom bed. In the primary bath, we added a huge mirror, custom white oak cabinetry, and brass fixtures, creating a luxurious retreat! ---Project designed by Sara Barney’s Austin interior design studio BANDD DESIGN. Master bath. Vanity wall – natural stone, mosaic, Sutra Black, mini Bamboo with honed finish to bring color and detail forward, horizontally installed. Caesarstone countertop is pure white quartz, 3CM with 2 ½ mitered laminated built up edge. Drop-in rectangular trough sink with his and her faucets. Cantilevered cabinets. Floor – same as shower, 12 x 24 rectified gray porcelain tile, stacked install, parallel with vanity. Absolutely stunning.

The bath vanity was created with StarMark Cabinetry's Mackay inset door style in Maple finished in a cabinet color called Peppercorn. Accented with decorative legs.

The master bath was completely transformed into a modern, bright and hip space with an large luxurious shower.
