This couple wanted a completely custom kitchen using Wood-Mode and Brookhaven Cabinetry, along with the expertise of a professional kitchen designer, for their new home. In collaboration with Veranda Designer Homes out of Southlake, TX, we created this lovely and fresh kitchen that fulfilled the needs and desires of the homeowners.

This newly remodeled kitchen oozes traditional craftsman style right down to the hand-crafted tile above the stove top. Modern updates married into the design keep the space functional. A sleek stove top includes a vent that rises from the countertop when the in use. Bamboo flooring is a sustainable option that contrasts beautifully with the warm cherry cabinets. What was once a traditional butler's pantry is now added storage and counter space (to the left of the door). This kitchen has it all - style, counterspace, storage, and garden views!

Completed in 2015, this project incorporates a Scandinavian vibe to enhance the modern architecture and farmhouse details. The vision was to create a balanced and consistent design to reflect clean lines and subtle rustic details, which creates a calm sanctuary. The whole home is not based on a design aesthetic, but rather how someone wants to feel in a space, specifically the feeling of being cozy, calm, and clean. This home is an interpretation of modern design without focusing on one specific genre; it boasts a midcentury master bedroom, stark and minimal bathrooms, an office that doubles as a music den, and modern open concept on the first floor. It’s the winner of the 2017 design award from the Austin Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and has been on the Tribeza Home Tour; in addition to being published in numerous magazines such as on the cover of Austin Home as well as Dwell Magazine, the cover of Seasonal Living Magazine, Tribeza, Rue Daily, HGTV, Hunker Home, and other international publications. Mid century modern feeling in a beach house kitchen. I opened up a wall to give a light and bright feeling to the kitchen. The counter tops are white and the back splash is white marble with blue stone accents. It is reminiscent of a european cafe. I love the mix of textures, styles and color. The floors are reclaimed teak. The cabinets are riff cut white oak stained a golden tone. Don Anderson

Our customer desired to upgrade their builder grade cabinetry with beautiful cherry cabinets and they wanted a portable island that could easily be moved to create more space. The cabinetry installed is Medallion Cherry Mission Door, Pecan/Flat Panel in Cherry with Amaretto Stain and Ebony Glaze/Highlight. The countertop is Wilsonart Quartz in Santiago color. The backsplash is Basket Weave Bianco Wood with Atena Dot tile. Armstrong 3” Rustic Restoration in Essential Brown flooring.
