These traditionally styled cellar walls are heavily textured then layered with paint for the authentic feel and appearance of years of aging wearing them down to raw plaster.
The ceiling receives a similar treatment to add the final corroborating touch.

• Scraped all loose and peeling Paint
• Caulked all large Cracks and Fill Holes to properly seal
• Oil Primed all Log Siding for proper Topcoat Adhesion
• Painted all Log Siding with two coats

For this exterior renovation, we began by thoroughly preparing all surfaces to ensure a long-lasting, professional finish. The home was pressure washed to remove dirt and debris, loose and peeling paint was scraped away, damaged areas were repaired as needed, and all gaps around windows, doors, and trim were sealed with high-quality exterior caulking. We carefully masked and protected all windows, doors, concrete, roofing, and landscaping before painting.
We applied premium Sherwin-Williams exterior paint, finishing the body of the home in White Picket Fence and the fascia, trim, and accents in Iron Ore to create a clean, modern look with excellent curb appeal. Multiple coats were applied as needed to achieve full coverage, consistent color, and a durable finish designed to withstand the California climate.

The new canopies provide protection from rain and sun while inviting more natural light to the interior.
A custom-built bench and planters make an inviting and functional mini-front porch.
The reconfigured path and drive create a clear flow to the front of the home—and improve safety, as do oversize house numbers and recessed lighting for night navigation.
We chose materials and engineered solutions to ensure none of the past problems with standing water, peeling paint, or rot would occur: extraordinarily hard woods, metal, and a carefully designed hidden drainage system.
The design upgraded the master bedroom window view, which had been blocked by the portico roof.

For this Lovers Lane Design Showroom in Dallas, Tx, the designer requested I create a multi-layered peeling paint finish in the vein of aged Scandinavian furniture.

The old paint on this home was cracked and peeling. The owner decided on a complete color change. The home’s exterior is a shingle siding. The color was changed from a muted gray color to this sparkling white. A new coat of gray was used for the bottom of the home which added a nice contrast.

Tricks on the eye The 3D cube cork board is a very unusual wall decoration – and also a super practical pin wall!
HERE’S WHAT WE NEED:
Cork board, 50x100 cm, 10 mm thick; schematics (uploaded to our project), cutter, ruler, geometric triangle, pencil, cutting surface, paint brush, deco paint in yellow and light blue, tesa® Masking Tape PRECISION INDOOR 25 mm
AND THIS IS HOW IT’S DONE:
> Transfer the schematic in correct scale to the reverse of the cork board and carefully cut out the shape. Pencil in the internal lines from the schematic on the front of the cork board.
> Mask one of the areas with tesa® Masking Tape PRECISION INDOOR and paint the area yellow. Peel off the masking tape and leave to dry. Mask the second colour area and paint it light blue.
> Peel off the masking tape and leave to dry.

We turned a small unused room in the back of this house into a playroom for young children. Highlights include custom photo wallpaper (which is adhesive backed and can be peeled away without wall damage), a custom book wall and a wall system allowing easy rotation of kids' art.
