The new bathroom preserves many of the architectural elements of a 1920s bungalow: black and white tiling on the floor and wall; the leaded glass window that brings the natural light into the room while adding privacy; and the lighting fixtures that offer a range of illumination options along with the style beloved by many bungalow owners.

This masculine beautiful bathroom showcases a 6x6 base tile, a pencil molding, 3x6 subway tile a repeat pattern above and a finish of chair rail. Offset the floor with black slate look porcelain and you have created a room any man would enjoy. If you prefer a feminine look change the paint color and just like that the room takes a different spin.

This serene master bathroom design forms part of a master suite that is sure to make every day brighter. The large master bathroom includes a separate toilet compartment with a Toto toilet for added privacy, and is connected to the bedroom and the walk-in closet, all via pocket doors. The main part of the bathroom includes a luxurious freestanding Victoria + Albert bathtub situated near a large window with a Riobel chrome floor mounted tub spout. It also has a one-of-a-kind open shower with a cultured marble gray shower base, 12 x 24 polished Venatino wall tile with 1" chrome Schluter Systems strips used as a unique decorative accent. The shower includes a storage niche and shower bench, along with rainfall and handheld showerheads, and a sandblasted glass panel. Next to the shower is an Amba towel warmer. The bathroom cabinetry by Koch and Company incorporates two vanity cabinets and a floor to ceiling linen cabinet, all in a Fairway door style in charcoal blue, accented by Alno hardware crystal knobs and a super white granite eased edge countertop. The vanity area also includes undermount sinks with chrome faucets, Granby sconces, and Luna programmable lit mirrors. This bathroom design is sure to inspire you when getting ready for the day or provide the ultimate space to relax at the end of the day!

These two bathrooms are in our client's rental home, so she didn't want to spend a fortune on it. We splurged on the pencil-edge Caesarstone vanity tops, selected quality plumbing and cabinetry with maple dovetail drawers, but saved on the mirrors, light fixtures, and tile.

To tie in the dark floors and warm up the cream tile, we chose a tan penny tile, which was used also on the floor of the shower. A decorative pencil tile was used to outline the border in the shower and on the backsplash of the vanity. Extra, simple details, that added character and value to the look of the bathroom.

This is a Bathroom Remodeling project we did in Marlton, NJ. The walls are ceramic tile with an accent tile piece running through the center of the wall and a pencil tile along the edges of the window and tile. We installed a frameless shower door, granite countertop, radiant floor heat, and we also increase the size of the window and converted it into a casement window. For the shower floor we used a mosaic tile. For lighting we installed recessed lights on a dimmer switch.
