Suffused by natural light, this penthouse has a unique, upscale industrial style with rough-hewn wood finishes, polished marble and fixtures reflecting a hand-made European craftsmanship.

This city penthouse in San Francisco required a complete renovation to create a sleek,sophisticated urban abode for a successful, busy bachelor. We designed and executed many custom built in elements including a built in sofa which also houses a hidden television that rises with a touch of a button. A floating bench suspends diners in the dining room. Layers of subtle luxury swath this penthouse including silk rugs, wood veneer wall covering, and silk velvet fabrics. To make the most of this window-endowed penthouse, I designed sleek, pared-down spaces with low-slung lounge seating, floating consoles, and modern Italian pieces. The kitchen is an open-plan layout, and the narrow dining room features a Keith Fritz dining table complemented with Roche Bobois dining chairs. Bedroom - contemporary bedroom idea in Boston

This once entirely enclosed kitchen was in need a modern update. The clients wanted a space that could function for private gatherings as well as business functions. Complete with plug-ins and USB ports at every spot at the island and an over-sized banquet table to accommodate 12 if necessary, this condominium can host a variety of events. The panoramic views only make cooking in the gourmet kitchen, that much more enticing.
