Our client wanted the Gramophone team to recreate an existing finished section of their basement, as well as some unfinished areas, into a multifunctional open floor plan design. Challenges included several lally columns as well as varying ceiling heights, but with teamwork and communication, we made this project a streamlined, clean, contemporary success. The Kelso's Family Room is a vibrant and lively space designed for both relaxation and entertainment. The black windows add a sleek and modern touch to the room, while the blue animal rug and artwork infuse the space with pops of color and personality. With a designated game room area, it offers endless fun and enjoyment for the whole family. The pool table becomes a focal point of the room, inviting friendly competition and recreation. The large round mirror not only serves as a decorative element but also helps create an illusion of space and adds depth to the room. The white bar stools provide comfortable seating and a casual spot for socializing and enjoying drinks or snacks. The white baseboard and window trim add a clean and crisp look, complementing the overall design scheme. The Kelso's Family Room is a versatile and inviting space where family and friends can come together to relax, play games, and create lasting memories.

This cute felt ball wall hanging was created to match an embroidered bench in a special space known as "the grandchildren's loft". Working with an artist in new england, she carefuly matched the felted balls to creat a shield-shaped hanging. Kiwi colored paint was used to accent the shelf insets that hold toys, children's "art" and creations, books games and assorted treasures that personalize this loft.

This client used our services to help them finesse their space. They said it felt unfinished and needed more personality and more functionality as well. They had some existing pieces but needed to replace some and add in new pieces, and then pull it all together. We helped with furniture selection, and art and accessory placement, framing and lighting. This small table in the foyer serves a a landing areas as you walk in, and keeps clutter at a minimum with the use of the drawers. We suggested a custom ottoman to fit the space under the table, that can be pulled out for taking off shoes at the from door. And the ottoman can be pulled into the TV room and into the gaming room for additional seating. This ottoman has built in casters for ease of movement as their 7 year old moves it into his gaming area for extra seating for friends.

The young couple wanted to make a fun statement from the moment people enter their home. The small entry didn't deter us from adding lots of personality with quirky accessories and a grassy place to keep keys. This main floor home bar makes entertaining a dream. Great for parties, game day or just relaxing. It has a sophisticated feel with layered patterns, colors and textures. Each piece was carefully selected so the space would flow with the rest of the main floor while having its own personality. This family loves to welcome guests and this is yet another space to enjoy in this lovely home.
