Every square inch of this home was optimized in the design stage for flexible spaces with convenient traffic flow, and excellent storage - all within a modest footprint. Gracefully curved sidewalks lead from the new driveway and auto court, along the south side of the house to the rear yard. Completely surrounded by a privacy fence the yard includes a play area for children and a salt-water pool for relaxing during the dog days of summer. Stained railcar siding covers the cathedral ceiling and tastefully matches the color of the cedar fence.

This space was once weighed down by dark colors and heavy leather, we lifted it's spirits with linen fabrics, and happier colors. We blended some existing pieces with new choices. Custom ottomans with a velvet golden texture gracefully play with the pattern and hues featured in the area rug. The homeowners cherished custom art, hangs proudly in their delightful space. What do we love most about this space? All of the patterns and textures used. If you look closely, you can spot many different textiles used throughout, on pillows, backs of chairs, and area rugs.
