This project won in the 2013 Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh Housing Excellence Award for Best Urban Renewal Renovation Project. Everything about this poker room was custom. The table was designed by me and built by Whitmer Woodworks out of Columbus, OH. The artwork was commissioned by a Ohio artist as well, made from all poker chips with a frame job built to mimic the shape of a playing card.

Gorgeous master bath finished with Dal-Tile's Fabrique porcelain tile in the color Noir Linen polished. Tile size is 12"x24" installed in a brick joint pattern. The floor boasts underfloor heating on a timed thermostat.

Special attention was paid to the smallest details, such as the transition from wood floors in the family room to the tile floor in the kitchen that mirrors the curve of the island. The curve of the transition from tile floor to wood floor matches the curve of the island and a custom metal strip was made to edge the tile.
