We are currently in the process of a full Master bathroom and Master bedroom floor remodel in our home, but even before the project has come to a completion we just have to share how incredibly happy we are to be working with Heather Laflamme, Design Consultant in the Kitchen & Bath Gallery in Warwick, Rhode Island! We are undertaking this project without a General Contractor, so we are moving through the remodel on our own which is a massive undertaking. The design process though, has been seamless as we have had phenomenal and timely support from Heather each step of the way! When we first went into the Warwick showroom, we were able to connect with Heather right away and were blown away by how beautiful the showroom is and how knowledgeable Heather is with all things bathroom! Within two visits to the showroom with Heather, we were able to select our vanity, full shower pieces (many valves, shower heads, and details!), toilet, sinks and faucets, and all accessories including beautiful towel bars to match our design look. In this process, Heather navigated pricing options and shipping deadlines which took away all of our guess work. Next, Heather was able to support us in selecting our countertop to ensure that it flows well with all of our tile and vanity color. We are so very grateful to have the opportunity to work on our dream bathroom and bedroom with Heather as she is an expert in her design field. Heather does a fantastic job at tuning into the customer's vision while filling in details where support is needed, which is a balancing act that we so appreciate. I highly recommend Kitchen and Bath Gallery in Falmouth, MA for your remodeling and plumbing needs. We did a full-gut kitchen remodel as well as a full-gut of two bathrooms – right down to the studs in all three rooms. Before I chose Kitchen and Bath Gallery, I visited and acquired quotes from three other designers and suppliers. I chose Kitchen and Bath Gallery because I knew I would be able to work cooperatively with both Otavio Pereira (cabinets) and Judy Rignanese (bath/plumbing) and because their Kitchen Maid cabinets were the best quality at the best price; I’d had Kitchen Maid in my prior home and loved them. It is very important to note that these are Kitchen Maid cabinets from a kitchen design center, not from a big box retailer; the big-box same-brand cabinets are far inferior in construction, which is reflected in the price. My husband and I had a house built seven years before and we “flipped” ten houses so I probably knew more about the process than most homeowners. I chose a very, very pale grey cabinet and it took a very long time for me to get to that choice. I bet I visited that showroom 10 times! Otavio was very patient with me and very open to my suggestions about changes in design, even suggesting changes to my changes that worked out much better than mine would have. Both Otavio and Judy were professional, friendly and enthusiastic, but most importantly, they were rational, calm and methodical. This is a very difficult time to undertake any home projects and it’s not for the faint of heart. You must fully accept out of stock situation, delays, and very long lead times. These are simple realities that both Otavio and Judy helped me understand and because of that understanding, I was able to plan accordingly, not only for plumbing and cabinets, but for all the other items such as appliances and counter tops. Whether you’re anticipating your first remodel or you have had many other remodeling experiences, I strongly urge you to include Kitchen and Bath Gallery in your decision making. You won’t regret it!

Annie has been a knowledgeable and patient design consultant during my home renovation process. She is professional and offers her expert opinion while also entertaining my ideas and keeping my personal aesthetic top of mind during decision making. She’s been readily available and extremely responsive from putting together multi page spec books with quotes in a matter of a few days to responding to personal emails on small matters like hardware. I would highly recommend working with her and I certainly will if we have any future home renovation needs.

We went to Kitchen and Bath Gallery last year to get help with our master bath remodel. We worked with Annie Fyffe. She was so helpful guiding us through all of the various options of items and fixtures. She gave us great advice on which items to purchase and our bathroom turned out beautifully. It was a pleasure working with Jennifer Matos-Ayala on a large project of the redesign of three bathrooms. She is extremely knowledgeable and customer -service oriented. I appreciated her advice when selecting cabinetry and fixtures. I am a visual person and loved being able to go to the showroom to provide inspiration. Jennifer helped me find my dream freestanding bathtub by V&A which I was able to try out on the showroom floor. Jennifer was also sensitive to price considerations and was able to present several options that fit our budget and style. Given the current supply chain issues affecting many manufacturers, she also gave lead times and alternatives when options wouldn’t meet our timelines. We encountered only one issue affecting the quality of the bertch vanities for our master. Jennifer immediately resolved the issue with the bertch rep and arranged to have the vanities replaced. I would highly recommend the kitchen and bath gallery and Jennifer’s outstanding leadership and service.

We were so happy with our experience with KBG. Annie was fabulous to work with. She helped bring our bathroom renovation vision to light with her design input, attention to detail and amazing customer service. We will certainly be visiting KBG for our next project.

Marcia is amazing! She knows her product lines, mention an item and she immediately shows you the product in person or a brochure. She knows what you need in every room, then shows you the possibilities. It can be so overwhelming but she breaks it down, and because she is organized it all makes perfect sense. On top of the help, you can tell she truly likes her job, so it makes it fun. Love working with her!

My husband and I decided to have our bathroom remodeled. We went to Supply NE in Uxbridge, MA where we first met Lauren Dworak. We had no idea where to begin and she offered recommendations based on our needs. We went back a second time with a lot of questions and Lauren was very well informed on the products and answered all our questions again! She helped with color choices, and styles of tile and fixtures. I must say that she was very patient with us, always greeted us with a smile. She took the time to call suppliers to get detailed information on delivery windows to provide me with the information I needed to make decisions for my bathroom renovation project. I highly recommend her!

It was a pleasure to work with Amy Faria on the designs for the renovations of four bathrooms (two half bathrooms and two full bathrooms with double vanities). She listened to what we thought we wanted and made recommendations where she thought it would make for a better design. Using software she provided visuals of the proposed designs. This was especially helpful in understanding what a half wall would look like in the master bathroom shower. She was quick to turn around the visuals, design document and inventory. Amy helped us navigate the post-pandemic process of getting contractors to work a project (i.e. all of the materials must be available before the project is started). She made us feel comfortable in ordering the inventory with the assurance that it could remain in the warehouse for a reasonable amount of time until it was needed on the project and allowed for up to three deliveries. Most importantly Amy provided a list of contractors and highlighted the ones that she felt were most appropriate for the job. We contacted three of them and are in discussion with a couple of them. Prior to this it was difficult to get contractors to return our calls.

Back in May we bought several items for our daughter’s apartment renovation, Ron Smith was helping us since the begging, he guided us in what to get according to our needs. Some items were in back order, and he has been on top of this, letting us know when they will be available, and arranged the delivery of the items as they become available. He even helped us with installation issues, getting in contact with the tech department to help us and make the best of our products. Ron is a professional, and he cares about the customer, We really appreciate all the help he has given us. We are in good hands. We completely recommend to look for Ron when visiting the store.

I have had the pleasure of working with Lauren Dworak on several house renovations, in particular bathrooms, that we have done. Lauren is professional, creative, works well with me to come up with designs/colors, communicates clearly and is overall a pleasure to work with. We have never had any issues with designs, measures or products we have purchased through Supply New England. When we have had the occassional damaged item come through, it is quickly taken care of. I highly recommend working with Lauren on any of your projects! She does a great job from beginning to end!

Heather helped my wife and me to pick out many of the fixtures for our new easy access bathroom. Along with that she helped us pick out faucets and toilets for our other bathrooms. Along the way, while waiting for our project to be completed, Heather patiently took care of cancelled items, ordered replacements, and kept us updated on arrival times. I personally found her to be accomplished in what she does and pleasant all the while. I would absolutely ask for Heather when entering the store! You will be completely satisfied.

As we began to look for design centers to help us with the design of our kitchen remodel, decided to use New England kitchen & Bath Supply Center. We were helped by Lauren who helped us with the design. She gave us great suggestions and made extra efforts to satisfy our needs. We could not be happier with her. As we installed the cabinets, she took care to address minor issues we had and worked with the manufacturer to address them. Dana Breggia was the consultant we worked with at New England Supply for renovation of two bathrooms, kitchen, bar counter and corner desk unit. She patiently guided us through each step, selection of materials and different design options to fit our spaces. All has been ordered and we excitedly awaiting the project to be completed so we can utilize these rooms. Dana has good judgement and knowledge of her products and how design spaces to be beautiful and practical.

We just completely gutted a bathroom, we didn't have the patience to deal with the large box stores so decided to pay a little more and work with the experts at Kitchen & Bath Gallery in North Attleboro. Design Consultant, Annie Fyffe is amazing, efficient, responsive and knowledgeable. We had a couple hiccups along the way, she was so patient and kind. While she was enjoying time off around the holidays - her colleagues were willing and able to pick right up, where she left off - without any delays or challenges. Christina helped me pick out new faucets for a kitchen remodel and swap out bathroom fixtures. She was extremely knowledgable about the product lines, and especially helpful in choosing fixtures that would work well in the space. Her caring attitude and professionalism exceeds beyond expectations both in person the showroom as well as during the shut down while working from her home. I'm one of those people who does their homework and due diligence before making any significant purchase. I contacted multiple kitchen designers/suppliers before deciding to go with Kitchen & Bath Gallery for the following reasons: 1) Lauren (designer) was absolutely phenomenal. She was pleasant, had great suggestions, was not pushy, very patient with me during the whole process, and she even came to my house which was almost an hour out of her way!! 2) The quality of the products they have is top rate (Mousser) 3) Pricing was very reasonable. It was a no brainer to spend a little more for these top quality cabinets than to buy the cheap cabinets that are out there that will start falling apart in a few years. 4) My cabinets arrived on time and there was not one damage piece!! I was so impressed with the entire process. The cabinets are even better than I had imagined. I strongly recommend Lauren and Kitchen & Bath Gallery for your kitchen project/update. No strings attached-- they are not pushy and they don't give you attitude (like some other places) if you don't decide right away. There's no reason not to contact them. You will be pleasantly surprised and will want to right a review like I'm doing now for the great experience you'll have if you use them.

I worked with Lauren Dworak at the Kitchen & Bath Gallery on the remodeling of my daughter's bathroom at her condominium over the past several months. This relationship began with a requested conceptual design and continued through construction completion. Lauren created the conceptual design and communicated it through computer-generated illustrations. She assisted my daughter in the selection of materials for the project the project. Lauren was great to work with and responsive during all phases of the project. Here responsiveness was demonstrated and very much appreciated during construction when a few time-sensitive materials issues arose that needed to be promptly addressed, which they consistently were. I would readily work with Lauren Dworak and Kitchen & Bath Gallery again in the future and will recommend to others.

I can’t possibly say enough about the huge variety of products from so many great brands priced from budget to very fancy. There is parking right outside and the showroom is beautiful. The people that work there are incredibly helpful and very patient and understanding compared to many other showrooms in RI and Boston. Jennifer, the manager, helped me with an entire home renovation including bathrooms, kitchen etc. She kept me organized! She was so responsive, on top of all of the orders, and helped me make numerous decisions. Also, although we picked some higher end items, she totally understood when I went budget on others. No snob factor here despite the fact that they carry the best brands in the business. If I had gone there first, it would have saved me hours of time shopping around. Amazing experience! Cannot express enough our experience with Annie Fyffe at Kitchen & Bath Gallery in North Attleboro. We are renovating 2 full bathrooms at the same time. I had been to Ferguson’s & F. W. Webb Co & was really disappointed w/ the customer service I received. Having passed K&BG many times, I took a shot and walked in to see what they had for bathrooms. Annie greeted me immediately. She listened to what we were looking for that would fit in our budget & she knowingly showed me a generous selection of faucets, shower fixtures & toilets available in our budget. Remodeled our master bath with new double vanity and storage cabinets. We really needed someone who understood cabinet quality, design and offerings. Linda B. was just that person. Endless scouring of catalogues for the right size, wood and finish that would match our needs and size requirements. Also helping us pick out counter top, sinks, faucets, etc. Installation is not for a few weeks but all our materials have arrived and Linda also help resolve a few minor issues. Went to a few other supply companies and their representatives were not close to what Linda offered as a design service.

Jason helped me select all of the fixtures for my bathroom project. I had some issues with delay of delivery from the manufacturer and Jason took the time to advocate for me with the company. Also, after the sale, I had some issues with a few missing parts. Jason assisted me with the manufacturer again to make sure that I received the parts that I needed. I would have been frustrated, and probably gone without the missing parts if it were not for Jason's help. I say this because his assistance went far beyond the sale. So my recommendation is based upon his ability to help with the selection of any high quality bathroom products, and support after the sale is made.

Christine Brown was excellent!!! We were doing 2 bathrooms, main and master. We were terrible about design, picking stuff out etc. Christine helped us design the main with colors, tile, floor etc. It would not have come out as nice if it were not for her help. She also helped us pick out everything for our Master as again we were at a loss. The Master is gorgeous and everything was perfect. Any time we needed something or forgot something like knobs, she was there to take care of things for us. I wish we had her when doing our kitchen. Best experience!

I worked with Megan and her assistance in tile selection, over stove feature, grout recommendations and her determination to get the tile and pencil all ordered from the same vendor which required her diligence in checking availability was greatly appreciated. A great job in planning and procuring our remodel for the kitchen and three baths. The planning of the design layout for the kitchen was superb, and we were allowed with no pressure plenty of time to select the cabinets and their colors. We could not be happier. All new counters and new appliances fit perfectly in the design. Only glitch, which was minor was the extra time to receive the correct shower head.

I would like to share my awesome experience with dealing with Supply New England and their outstanding customer service and expertise. I embarked on this building project unknowing how challenging it would be. I wanted to use any of the old plumbing fixtures ,sinks and claw foot tubs that I could. He worked hard trying to find a manufacturer who could retro fit my two claw foot tubs dating back to the late 1800's and combine the new products with the old and maintain the vintage look I was after.Everything I bought was of excellent quality even if it was not always the most expensive. If anything ever came in wrong or damaged the problem was rectified immediately. You might walk in and find the sales people extremely busy and have to wait a little bit but there is a reason for that. When Ryan sat with me he was thorough and never rushed me. I too would come in and have to wait my turn because he treats everyone with the same respect no matter how big or small your project is. The customer service and their line of products at Supply New England is outstanding. Ryan helped my husband and I build our dream house on the bay in Old buttonwoods and we are so happy with the outcome.I hope this review helps you decide who to buy from.

First of all, the showroom is immaculate and well stocked. I am not one who is able to leaf through a book and choose.....I was able to see and feel and touch exactly what I wanted. Karen is extremely knowledgable and was so helpful in the planning process as well as directing me in cost effectiveness. Because my home was destroyed by a burst pipe last January, I was in need of a whole new kitchen as well as two new baths. There is a fine line between keeping within the boundaries of insurance constraints and yet it is only fair to want to update and upgrade. With Karen's assistance, I was able to do it all.

As a general Contractor, I have been working with Karen Mills and Supply New England for over 20 years, and have done roughly 25-30 Projects with them. There is a reason I send my Customers to them, and a reason I continually deal with them, not only for Kitchen and Bath Cabinets and Countertops, but for Plumbing Fixtures, Bath Accessories, and Tile. The Expertise they provide, the Quality of Product they offer, the Patience and know-how they exhibit to the Client (and in the Custom Building Business, that can be a huge asset), and lastly, among other things, their quick, unquestioning response should any problems arise. Oh, and did I mention their marvelous Showroom? I see absolutely no reason to go elsewhere.

I needed just a few odds and ends that were giving me a problem in my home. I worked with Ryan, who actually met me at the store before his shift even began. He was excellent at knowing what I needed even when I didn't. I love my new sink and fixtures and the other replacement parts worked out well.

Christina Weijlard is superb! She visited the project, listened, pointed me in the right direction, encouraged some decisions while discouraging others, and she worked seamlessly with my contractor. The result: My completely refurbished kitchen and master bath, and upgraded guest bath, are perfect! I could not be more pleased.

Our builder uses Supply NE for its clients. I worked with Karen to design the kitchen and laundry room in our new house/remodel. Karen listened to the elements that we wanted and she came up with a great design. We made a few changes. She worked with us and was very helpful. She was patient with how long it took to decide on the right tile for the bathrooms. The project is finished and we are very happy. We had a small problem with the sponge holder cabinet front and Karen responded and resolved it quickly.

I have used Supply New England for several major design projects on Cape Cod over the past 8 years. I hired them for the design of new two kitchens and 6 new bathrooms over 3 different homes. Their designers are outstanding, in particular Karen Pratt Mills. She gave us terrific kitchen and bath design solutions and worked within our budget. I keep going back to Supply New England because they offer the range of quality products I want to consider, they have patient and creative designers, and they save me money while turning out beautiful finished projects. The new kitchen and baths added to the beauty, function and value of our properties and we have enjoyed using them. It has always been a very reliable process with Supply New England, and we end up with gorgeous cabinetry, tile and fixtures.

I had the great pleasure of working with Ryan Scott to assist me in a major home renovation. I had originally designed our large kitchen and family room with hardwoods. But after Ryan visited the area, he highly recommended travertine tiles. His enthusiasm convinced me...and wow...was he right. The stone tones were warm and their natural beauty absolutely made the room. They gave me that "WOW" factor we all crave. Ryan also worked so well with my contractor, advising him on the installation and layout design of the stone. He was always available for questions with answers. He is both highly knowledgeable and creative...paying attention to my budget. When picking out the granite and counter tile Ryan was a skilled guide in helping my choices. After a few questions, we focused on the type of tile and colors....a blessing when encountering the thousands of colors and tile types on the showroom floor. To have someone like Ryan to confirm design choices helps makes the experience of renovation a real fun one. Next up - a new bathroom! And Ryan Scott is the man for us!!

We completely renovated one bathroom in 2012, and due to the positive results, we decided to do the same to the master bath the following year. Both projects were completed on time and under budget due to the expertise of the contractor as well as Ryan Scott of Supply New England. Ryan's knowledge pertaining to fixture, and tile selection was an important part of the process. Hat's off to the staff of Supply New England, Warwick. We would definitely use Supply New England again for our plumbing and, or kitchen/bath needs.

We had desired, for a long time, to renovate our bathroom. We delayed because of fear and ignorance of such a large project. Then we met Norman Soares! He essentially "held our hand" from start to finish, and in the end we were left witih a gorgeous new bathroom that we are incredibly satisfied with.

Lauren Collard provided excellent customer service! She took her time with us, gave us welcomed and needed suggestions, was always available when we called or stopped in, and was so knowledgable and friendly!

My wife and I were looking to add a bathroom to our 3rd floor and update our shower in the master bathroom. We visited New England Supply and started working with Lauren Collard, one of their in house designers. We found the entire experience to be great from the variety of tile, speed of service/ delivery and most of all the assistance provided by Lauren. With our projects now complete, we love how the design came out and can thank Lauren for her design ideas and assistance in selecting the right tile, vanity, sink and accent pieces. I would recommend New England Supply and specifically Lauren to anyone starting a project large or small.

Remodel of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Norman Soares designed both bathroom and also helped us pick out all of the hardware, cabinets, tiles, and redesigned the plumbing in the bathrooms. Norman was a pleasure to work with and was always available to answer any questions. He was very professional and also found us a wonderful contractor.

Supply New England is a pleasure to work with. Professional, on time, great communications throughout the projects. I will continue to recommend and use this company for all the wonderful products it has to offer.

After viewing hundreds of pictures on Houzz, I decided to update my main bath. Ryan from the Warwick gallery walked my wife and I through tile choices. He is well versed in Tile and materials used to create a long lasting shower and bath floor. We were very impressed. materials were ready in one week and I had no issue working off his drawing for the border and tile pattern. Cara from Warwick also helped me with faucets for the double vanity. I had already commited myself to a friend that provides Granite but I wish I had chosen a granite from the store. My wife loved the choices they offered. The next bath we do, I know who to call. Thanks for your help!

In desperate need of extra storage space and wanting an upgrade, planning for our kitchen began. We came across Supply New England just prior to Thanksgiving. Fortunately for us, they were having a Black Friday special. After speaking with Norm and having him visit our house we were already sold. Norm was thorough, professional and had great design ideas for our kitchen. We worked with him to decide our direction and Norm went to work bringing our new kitchen to life. I can't say enough about how impressed we were. Cabinets, granite counter tops, back splash tile, sink and faucet were all ordered. When our contractor saw the detailed plans and had them reviewed with Norm, there were no questions as to what needed to be done. Needless to say, we are VERY happy with our kitchen. And the Black Friday special made our upgrade very affordable. In fact, it will bring us back for phase 2 of changes.

Although this company was helpful when picking out the backsplash for my kitchen, they over estimated the amount of material for the job. Unfortunately, we could not return the three plus boxes of tile that we ordered. Also, we had a problem with the contractor they recommended to us. The contractor came to the house and verified the measurement of the tile, and we were told it would be done within a time frame that we had requested. He called just before he was to start the job and said he had a bigger job and could not do ours for at least two months. We had to scramble to find another contractor. This company does not take responsibility for the contractors they recommend. Also, make sure you verify what they tell you to order as you cannot return the materials.
