Jennifer Ayala was our designer. She helped us immeasurably. She helped us refine our ideas and offered us names of contractors and helped us get estimates for our project. She also helped us select fixtures, vanities, provided samples of countertops, vanity tops, sinks, shower and sink fixtures, and even a shower enclosure and sliding glass doors. Jennifer was patient, thorough, and thoughtful, always checking measurements and specifications. She was conscious of quality and price. She was easy to make appointments with and always returned our calls quickly. She’s a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Our project would not have happened without her. After deciding to completely remodel our bathroom, I was faced with the somewhat daunting task of making the plethora of design decisions. I had a picture in my mind of what I was looking for. But to now bring it all together so that the tile, fixtures, cabinetry, paint, etc. all worked together proved difficult. I started by looking at internet photos and the multitude of options available. The result was pure frustration. Enter Jennifer Ayala at the Kitchen & Bath Gallery. Within a few hours, she quickly helped us to decide on all of the items and materials needed for the project. She covered EVERYTHING and completely made our vision a reality. Everything about our experience was extremely positive. The guidance and customer service that we received from this business was next level. Anyone that has done a complete remodel knows that there will be bumps in the road as the project progresses. Jennifer was there every step of the way. We highly recommend Heather LaFlamme for your design needs. She was very patient and provided insight when we were in the very preliminary stages of a complete demo of a 1960 era bathroom in our circa 1885 colonial. We were fortunate to find Heather after visiting 3-4 bathroom/kitchen design firms that were only interested in providing design/build services. Since we have a long standing relationship with a reputable and talented GC we needed assistance with the layout and design. Heather is extremely professional, easy to work with, and her recommendations were spot on when we shared our inspiration. Excellent service, only issue we had was with some faulty hardware which was mostly resolved. We had asked upfront about the quality of hardware and wish more time had been spent on that decision.

We are currently in the process of a full Master bathroom and Master bedroom floor remodel in our home, but even before the project has come to a completion we just have to share how incredibly happy we are to be working with Heather Laflamme, Design Consultant in the Kitchen & Bath Gallery in Warwick, Rhode Island! We are undertaking this project without a General Contractor, so we are moving through the remodel on our own which is a massive undertaking. The design process though, has been seamless as we have had phenomenal and timely support from Heather each step of the way! When we first went into the Warwick showroom, we were able to connect with Heather right away and were blown away by how beautiful the showroom is and how knowledgeable Heather is with all things bathroom! Within two visits to the showroom with Heather, we were able to select our vanity, full shower pieces (many valves, shower heads, and details!), toilet, sinks and faucets, and all accessories including beautiful towel bars to match our design look. In this process, Heather navigated pricing options and shipping deadlines which took away all of our guess work. Next, Heather was able to support us in selecting our countertop to ensure that it flows well with all of our tile and vanity color. We are so very grateful to have the opportunity to work on our dream bathroom and bedroom with Heather as she is an expert in her design field. Heather does a fantastic job at tuning into the customer's vision while filling in details where support is needed, which is a balancing act that we so appreciate. This 5 star review is not enough! It needs to be 10!! Working with Lauren has been the best experience we have had throughout our new home build.
