This pool and spa combination has a Negative Edge spa. Coping stone is Bluestone with a thermal finish and eased edges. Wing Wall Caps and Wall Veneer are also Bluestone with a thermal finish. Both pool and spa are finished with Gray Slate tile and a French Gray Marbledust.

This Infinity / Rimless Edge pool is set inside a pond. Pool has full length steps. Pond Edge coping is Smoke Gray Granite with a honed finish. Pool interior is a French Gray Pebblesheen finish.

The Watermill House is a beautiful example of a classic Hamptons wood shingle style home. The design and renovation would maintain the character of the exterior while transforming the interiors to create an open and airy getaway for a busy and active family. The house comfortably sits within its one acre lot surrounded by tall hedges, old growth trees, and beautiful hydrangeas. The landscape influenced the design approach of the main floor interiors. Walls were removed and the kitchen was relocated to the front of the house to create an open plan for better flow and views to both the front and rear yards. The kitchen was designed to be both practical and beautiful. The u-shape design features modern appliances, white cabinetry and Corian countertops, and is anchored by a beautiful island with a knife-edge marble countertop. The island and the dining room table create a strong axis to the living room at the rear of the house. To further strengthen the connection to the outdoor decks and pool area of the rear yard, a full height sliding glass window system was installed. The clean lines and modern profiles of the window frames create unobstructed views and virtually remove the barrier between the interior and exterior spaces. The open plan allowed a new sitting area to be created between the dining room and stair. A screen, comprised of vertical fins, allows for a degree of openness, while creating enough separation to make the sitting area feel comfortable and nestled in its own area. The stair at the entry of the house was redesigned to match the new elegant and sophisticated spaces connected to it. New treads were installed to articulate and contrast the soft palette of finishes of the floors, walls, and ceilings. A very small South Tampa backyard (typical) turned into a very usable space. Approx. 265 sq. ft. this small pool or spool (spa pool) has everything one needs to enjoy outdoor living life. Offset to one side of the yard, it allows for max use of the space. The approx. 330 sq. ft. french pattern silver travertine pool deck and straight edge pool coping gives this backyard a clean, simple, modern feel. With the soft zoyisa grass expanding almost to pool edges it gives the small space a vast, clean feel. The sunshelf in the pool adds a place of pause before entering the pool which has a max depth of 6 feet. No matter what time of year the spool is equiped with a pool heater that will have this oasis to 87 plus degrees within several hrs or less. Landscape Fusion

Located in the town of Palm Beach, this Infinity Edge style pool takes a timeless European tradition and sets it against a South Floridian backdrop. Setting foot onto the deck we’re welcomed by 16”x16” deck pavers with turf grass creating a classic visual pattern. Dominican Coral Stone and chiseled Limestone were selected to frame the perimeter of the pool and for a natural finish to the infinity edge wall. The glass blue tile that fills in the pool floor mirrors the sky and flows right into the vast blue sea. A pair of palms completes the serene setting by providing just enough shade when you need it. Request Free Quote This oakbrook plunge pool doubles as a hydrotherapy pool. The vessel measures 12'0" x 15'0" and has 2 LED colored lights. There is an automatic pool cover with stone lid system. There is also a 15'0" underwater bench. The raised water feature has three scuppers spilling into the pool. The Limestone coping and capstone has a sealed, modified edge.
