Pool: - 22’ x 44’ infinity edge pool (66’ infinity edge) - shallow-end sun shelf with five LED bubblers for light and water effect - three laminar jets out of the patio to put a jet of water into each corner of the pool - star field on pool floor with 100 points of light provided by four LED fixtures through fiber-optic cables (25 cables per fixture), subtle constellation within the hundred points of light star field - additional LED lights, glass tile trim, including glass edge tiles - hot tub on top of a raised marble stone wall perimeter overflow at the same height as the Brazilian teak wood deck; there is an under deck gutter 1/8 wide - hot tub is all glass tile with a recessed toe-kick that hides the drains and light fixtures - glass railing / barrier Living space: - travertine stone with marble veneer and Brazilian teak trim throughout - custom-built wood benches, mantle, pizza oven, grill, refrigerated drawers, sink - recessed screens that lower from the roof to enclose the entire living space when needed Landscape: - putting green, landscape lighting, under-cap lights - outdoor speakers and subwoofer

The remarkable Greek inspired indoor pool facility has a blend of contemporary rectilinear components with Greek-Roman architectural elements and finishes, such as the over-extending, ancient-style aqueduct that transitions from the spa into the pool, and the hand carved fire-water features at each end of the room. The aqueduct is a key relevance to the style which portrays an ancient cultural method of elutriating stagnant bath water with a continuous supply of fresh water. Each elaborately hand carved feature sets a mood of Greek architectural expression in this space. The two fire-water features at each end of the pool and all of the column structural support depict a ‘Doric’ style consisting of channeled columns. Also, to enhance this space with a full perspective of Greek-Roman style, the convex ceiling depicts a vision of an opened-ceiling that reveals a fully animated Greek-mythological star setting created by fiber optic lighting. Geothermal technology is the primary source for heating and cooling the pool and spa. Tropical islands are the focal point for the design build of the acreage behind this stunning, Mediterranean-style home. The hardscape features a three level pool, including a toddler pool and a wading pool. Starting at the reef, there are three leaf petal loungers which allow you to recline in four to six inches of water at your feet. Limestone holy boulders are placed strategically along the edge for a natural element. A beautiful blend of earthy colors within the flagstone create a natural and rustic pool deck. All of the steps and bench seating inside the pool are also made of flagstone (custom fabricated flagstone coping for this project was completed on site). The toddler pool features fiber optic lighting which was installed at the bottom of the pool in the gunnite shell to create the reflection of a starry, celestial sky (fiber optic lighting can be used to create any number of shapes or constellations). An infinity edge crashes over beautiful stone and tile work, falling into a wading pool below. Another special feature is a water feature of riverstone cobbles sitting below dancing flames. Large stepping stones alongside this feature lead you to a lounge pool deck creating the feeling of an island retreat. Limestone slabs were used for a path of steps that take you through the landscaping back to the main house. A gazebo was added to hold an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor shower and a pool house with restrooms. All of the outdoor features are automated, allowing you to operate water temperature, fire features, water features, even the music and lighting from your smartphone.

Signature Pools of Texas are designed to complement the home's exterior as well as the interior. Fiber optic lighting has been added in the waterfall for a dramatic effect while enjoying the pool's view from inside the home…especially while entertaining!
