The main design goal of this Northern European country style home was to use traditional, authentic materials that would have been used ages ago. ORIJIN STONE premium stone was selected as one such material, taking the main stage throughout key living areas including the custom hand carved Alder™ Limestone fireplace in the living room, as well as the master bedroom Alder fireplace surround, the Greydon™ Sandstone cobbles used for flooring in the den, porch and dining room as well as the front walk, and for the Greydon Sandstone paving & treads forming the front entrance steps and landing, throughout the garden walkways and patios and surrounding the beautiful pool. Hot tub - large traditional backyard brick and custom-shaped lap hot tub idea in Charleston

This is a 20 x 50 Vinyl liner Pool. This pool is a multi level pool with 3 flat spots in the bottom. The shallow end starts with full width walk in stairs then land at 3' of water for the first level. After about 7', there is a slight step down to a 4' deep area where everyone plays basketball. After the 15', the slope begins for the 8' Diving Depth deep end. This Pool has a S.R. Smith Turbo Twister Slide along with a 8' Fiber Dive Diving Board. The Finish around the pool is a Paver Brick patio.

This Coastal style home has it all; a pool, spa, outdoor entertaining rooms, and a stunning view of Wayzata Bay. Our ORIJIN Ferris™ Limestone is used for the pool & spa paving and coping, all outdoor room flooring, as well as the interior tile. In the home’s interior, leather-finish Cippolino marble paving was painstakingly end-matched to create the illusion of one continuous piece of stone traveling through the whole level, under a bathtub made from a single block of Cippolino marble, and transitioning into the master bath’s shower walls. On this same level the kitchen is outfitted with a 15 foot long book-matched Lapis Lazuli island countertop shaped at its perimeter with a “knife edge,” adjacent to a countertop and sink clad in book-matched Cippolino marble. Matched vein-cut travertine paving covers the floor and seamlessly continues through the living room and out onto the exterior sundeck, terminating at the swimming pool which is completely bordered by travertine coping containing slots for drainage that allow the top edge of the pool’s water to become perfectly aligned with the top edge of the adjacent travertine paving, thus creating a level surface from the kitchen to the infinity edge of the pool.
