This edgy pool and spa is a party waiting to happen. The contrast between vibrant blue and stark white travertine creates a modern deco feel. The stepping stones are installed over plexiglass pedi stools to give the floating appearance. The glass tile spills 360 degrees on the spa and the sun shelves provide perfect areas for lounge chairs and umbrellas. Also the symmetrical fountain bowls accentuate a classy look as well as the landscaping! The outdoor barbecue area is the perfect place to start the party.

This is a Corinth double pool project designed by Mike Farley . The client wanted a rustic tailored finish to blend with the existing flagstone porch and accent the great lake view. This project has a double pool vanishing edge with the top pool providing shallow area for basketball, volleyball and hanging out. The spa overlooks both pools and Lake Lewisville while being close to the master door. Fire bowls frame the spectacular evening view. The lower pool provides diving and the hidden slide exit (not seen from the upper porch). The diving well acts as a key way for the hillside. Flagstone decks and cut stone veneer provide the rustic tailored finish. Landscape softens the setting and the grasses will hide the fence in no time. This traditional pool has a nice addition with the water bubblers. The natural stone deck along with the quick access to your boat makes pool work really well for the space.

This viewpoint shares the alignment of the pool with the homes architectural footprint and outdoor living space. The architectural stone antique element fronts the retaining wall of the entry steps. The light pool color relates to the skies above.

This beautiful rectangular perimeter overflow spa finished with all glass tile, was designed by Cipriano's NJ Landscape Architecture Office. The linear lines of the overflow spa fit in with the lines of the swimming pool and architecture of the house.

A custom pool and raised spa are surrounded by clean-lined concrete pavers with turf joints, creating a modern and low-maintenance backyard. Designed and built in Orange County by Way of Life Construction.

Stepping pads cladded with light stream glass tile extends the floating on water concept and leads guest to the corner spa area. Creating calming sight and sound is the waterfall wall with a trio of candeliers from Grand Effects. Inspiration for a large transitional backyard rectangular and stone lap pool house remodel in DC Metro

View of the house, main patio, pool and spa area, lawn and seat wall with trellis. Throughout the landscape, we mixed formality with touches of whimsy -- spiral topiary boxwood, bright dashes of colorful flowers, contrasting textures. Poolside trellises frame the greenery and visually link the surrounding area back to the trellised main patio. A set of striped chaise lounges provide outdoor relaxation and a view of the lawn.

A refined modern retreat, this 14’ x 32’ concrete pool is designed as an extension of the home’s outdoor living space, balancing clean architectural lines with a soft, resort-style atmosphere. Set within a crisp hardscape and lush green backdrop, it creates a private sanctuary for both family time and entertaining.
