This is a picture of vaulted crown moulding with a rope light inserted behind it to light up the ceiling. It really had a cool effect. The crown was not only vaulted, it was lowered three inches from the ceiling and secured for the lighting.

A rewarding process from the start - Bellevue Homes provided a clear concept for this 4,000 sf Craftsman style home and retained us to refine the massing and construction details. The home features a spacious great room and kitchen area with a dynamic loft area above, first floor master suite, and a general flow and openness well suited for modern living and entertaining. Additional outdoor living spaces are created with oversized front and rear porches and a cozy courtyard formed within the space between the main structure and carriage house. The entire floor of the beach house was open with the kitchen to the rear and the sitting/dining area to the front of the house with porches surrounding two sides. The ceiling was a new growth tongue and groove pine plank. Once installed the material was white washed for the beach cottage feel.

Situated on one of the most prestigious streets in the distinguished neighborhood of Highland Park, 3517 Beverly is a transitional residence built by Robert Elliott Custom Homes. Designed by notable architect David Stocker of Stocker Hoesterey Montenegro, the 3-story, 5-bedroom and 6-bathroom residence is characterized by ample living space and signature high-end finishes. An expansive driveway on the oversized lot leads to an entrance with a courtyard fountain and glass pane front doors.
