I want to take the time to formally thank Corry’s Creations & Construction for a successful outcome at the One Paraiso residence. The team was exceptional. We had the pleasure of working closely alongside Giuseppe. We appreciated how much concern he took in making our design concepts come to life as intended. Alongside his can-do attitude, he was polite, professional and positive. It was, sincerely, a joy to work towards a goal with a team who embodied a team player spirit. We spent time onsite tackling challenges hands on, where he showed his capacity to understand what needs to be done - both from an outcome perspective as well as the processes needed to get there. Most impressive was his desire to make sure the best outcome was achieved. A testament to this was when he ripped out an entire ceiling millwork detail because it didn’t meet his expectations. He gave myself and my team the confidence that the job was getting done right. He was a pleasure to work with and we appreciate having had the opportunity to do so. We are thankful that our client introduced us to Corry’s because we now have the honor of working with his team again on a new client we just hired them for!

We found Correys Creations & Construction on Houzz and picked them based on reviews. It is now that upon project completion, we are extremely happy to be able to leave one ourselves. Giuseppe met our deadline, was on budget (yes on budget!) and we never felt at any point that he was juggling too many jobs or putting us aside. He provided great customer service, was action oriented, and problem solver. We appreciate how Guiseppe took the time to understand our interior design concepts and how much concern and care he put into keeping the design concepts intact. We would recommend and use Giuseppe again in a heart beat!

Having worked with Giuseppe on multiple projects, I can attest to his robust skillset and ability to manage complex projects. I am an architect and struggle to find contractors that "get it" in terms of finding a balance between great design and efficient construction. Corrys did a renovation of our kitchen and living room including painting. The work was done while we were away. They took great care in limiting the dust to the work area. Completely trustworthy the project was finished on time and in budget. I would definitely use Corrys on future projects

Simply put: Amazing work, professionalism and integrity. This is a family business which is managed by the son Giuseppe. They have exceeded my expectations and I could not be more pleased with the work. Here are some of the highlights: 1)Great responsiveness. Whenever I had an inquiry I texted Giuseppe and heard from him the same day. Most of the time the same hour. 2)No sales pressure or upselling. 3)Great advice. Whenever I did not know what I should choose to do about a certain item I asked Giuseppe and his advice was spot on. 4)Quality cost savings ideas. a)When I first hired Corry’s Creations I had had some lighting companies give me some quotes through an architect. Giuseppe developed an alternate practical and very good looking design for less that half the cost of that of the lighting companies b)I have automated blinds that were working on batteries. I wanted to install outlets so that they can become electric. That approach was cost prohibitive. Corry’s designed a sensibly price approach by running low voltage wires from a single outlet throughout the unit. 6) Great design capability. Giuseppe working with an architect has great experience and design ideas at reasonable costs. 7) Seamless workflow. Giuseppe handled all the paperwork, permits etc. and the interaction with my condo association, which can be very difficult at times. All I had to do is sign the paperwork when needed. By the end of the project I felt that I was working with a friend rather than a third party. Corry’s will be doing further work for my family. I want them to do some additional work for me in another unit. Unfortunately due to the great work they do they are very much in demand. I have to wait my turn to get on their schedule for the next opening . However once I get on their schedule I am confident the work will move smoothly and it will be quality work. In hiring Corry’s it would be wise to spend sometime upfront with Giuseppe and get his ideas on what to do. It is well worth his time and money spent.

We were introduced to Corry's creations by our Realtor Evie Fortney who had dealt with them before. She told us that apart from them being very experienced at refurbishing condos, she "trusted" them. And we found that trust to be 100% justified. Not only did they bring their own professional workforce to our condo but their sub-contractors were of the highest caliber. Giuseppe Mangiafico the son of the owner was on site at some stage every day during the reconstruction period, overseeing the work force. But it is not just the standard of workmanship that leads me to giving Corry's Creations my highest recommendation. Giuseppe was most helpful with design ideas in the kitchen , the bathrooms, lighting, how we would modernize the closet doors and many other areas and should ever a problem arise, Giuseppe's response was "I've got a solution for that" - and so he did. He was a marvelous help also towards the end of the contract. He spent a full 3 days in the condo personally finishing off items such as hanging paintings and installing TVs! As anyone can see from the attached photos they made an excellent job and we are delighted with the outcome. I believe that there is no higher recommendation than if asked whether I would use Corry's Creations again, our answer would be "definitely"!

Cory's Creations is a curtious professional contractor that provided excellent workmanship on a timely basis. The owner lived up to contract and kept me up to date on a consistent basis. Highly recommended

After our long term tenant vacated our 2 bed/2 bath condo in Aventura Miami we were in shock of the actual condition of the unit. We made the decision that a complete renovation was necessary, however as we lived out-of-state, we did not have the ability to manage the project ourselves and in-person monitoring was out of the question. We were quite concerned about the horror stories that you read online regarding the construction industry and the challenges of finding a General Contractor to manage a project like the property was his/her own, and at times we felt that perhaps the renovation would not be a possibility. Fortunately, we came across Guiseppe's profile on Houzz and were immediately impressed by both the pictures of his previous projects and the long list of 5 star reviews from his clientele. We contacted Guiseppe and made a telephone appointment to speak while he toured our condo and provided his candid feedback as to what can be done within the budget that we allotted for the project. Not only did his estimate come in lower than the majority of people that we spoke with but the product that he included was of better quality and we loved the fact that he itemized each task - so if we chose to eliminate a specific item we didn't have to negotiate the price. There was not a doubt in my mind that Guiseppe was the guy for our project and we engaged his services for a full renovation. Just like he promised, the job ran like clockwork - from the initial stage of permits, to the last detail of the perfect color grout for our subway tile backsplash. All of this work occurred while we were 1000+ miles away and with the exception of the pictures that Guiseppe provided weekly we did not have to get involved with anything along the way. We met Guiseppe for the first time at the end of our project - and this was also the first time that we saw his work in person. Let me be 100% clear, everything that he said he would do, he did - and more. He is an honest, hard working, high-quality contractor and his level of service and overall professionalism is something that sets him apart from his peers. If you need to do renovations you should feel very comfortable when selecting Guiseppe as your General Contractor, I am confident that he will exceed all expectations.

I hired Correy's Creations to do an extensive 'gut' renovation of my vacation condo in Fort Lauderdale. He was recommended by someone in my building. I am a land developer in Canada and from the minute I contacted Giuseppe (Project Manager), I knew he was a seasoned and knowledgable professional. I asked for references and visited some of his former clients. Needless to say, he was everything I expected him to be. The clients raved about his attention to detail and to which I saw with my own eyes. They also said he was extremely easy to work with and finished the job in the timelines that were agreed upon. They completed 2 bathrooms and a kitchen in my home. They are very reliable and trustworthy. I'm a creature of habit with my design choices and probably should have taken Giuseppe's advice more often, but when I did - it turned out great and those elements ended up being my favorite design element.
