Sure, some people just need a quiet corner with a desk and a laptop—but others need room for power tools, sculpture molds, and a sound system. This one-of-a-kind home office-slash-art studio proves that home offices aren’t one-size-fits-all.

Small kitchens can be challenging when it comes to storage, but there's a surprisingly easy way to add a small extra shelf in your upper cabinets. This project just takes minutes to do, is easy to customize to fit any kitchen cabinet and I didn't use any power tools, screws or nails. It makes such a huge difference in how much you can store in your cabinets, you'll wish you had done this project a long time ago!

The client is an avid woodworker and wanted to convert the garage to a functional, bright workshop. We stripped the garage down to the studs and added insulation. Numerous electric outlets were added for the power tools. New windows and trim eliminated drafts and dressed it up. Lastly a wood floor was installed for easy clean up. These enhancement give the detached garage an opportunity to become multi purpose, such as an office.
