A TOUCHDOWN BY DESIGN
Interior design by Jennifer Corredor, J Design Group, Coral Gables, Florida
Text by Christine Davis
Photography by Daniel Newcomb, Palm Beach Gardens, FL
What did Detroit Lions linebacker, Stephen Tulloch, do when he needed a decorator for his new Miami 10,000-square-foot home? He tackled the situation by hiring interior designer Jennifer Corredor. Never defensive, he let her have run of the field. “He’d say, ‘Jen, do your thing,’” she says. And she did it well.
The first order of the day was to get a lay of the land and a feel for what he wanted. For his primary residence, Tulloch chose a home in Pinecrest, Florida. — a great family neighborhood known for its schools and ample lot sizes. “His lot is huge,” Corredor says. “He could practice his game there if he wanted.”
A laidback feeling permeates the suburban village, where mostly Mediterranean homes intermix with a few modern styles. With views toward the pool and a landscaped yard, Tulloch’s 10,000-square-foot home touches on both, a Mediterranean exterior with chic contemporary interiors.
Step inside, where high ceilings and a sculptural stairway with oak treads and linear spindles immediately capture the eye. “Knowing he was more inclined toward an uncluttered look, and taking into consideration his age and lifestyle, I naturally took the path of choosing more modern furnishings,” the designer says.
In the dining room, Tulloch specifically asked for a round table and Corredor found “Xilos Simplice” by Maxalto, a table that seats six to eight and has a Lazy Susan.
And just past the stairway, two armless chairs from Calligaris and a semi-round sofa shape the living room. In keeping with Tulloch’s desire for a simple no-fuss lifestyle, leather is often used for upholstery. “He preferred wipe-able areas,” she says. “Nearly everything in the living room is clad in leather.”
An architecturally striking, oak-coffered ceiling warms the family room, while Saturnia marble flooring grounds the space in cool comfort. “Since it’s just off the kitchen, this relaxed space provides the perfect place for family and friends to congregate — somewhere to hang out,” Corredor says. The deep-seated sofa wrapped in tan leather and Minotti armchairs in white join a pair of linen-clad ottomans for ample seating.
With eight bedrooms in the home, there was “plenty of space to repurpose,” Corredor says. “Five are used for sleeping quarters, but the others have been converted into a billiard room, a home office and the memorabilia room.” On the first floor, the billiard room is set for fun and entertainment with doors that open to the pool area.
The memorabilia room presented quite a challenge. Undaunted, Corredor delved into a seemingly never-ending collection of mementos to create a tribute to Tulloch’s career. “His team colors are blue and white, so we used those colors in this space,” she says.
In a nod to Tulloch’s career on and off the field, his home office displays awards, recognition plaques and photos from his foundation. A Copenhagen desk, Herman Miller chair and leather-topped credenza further an aura of masculinity.
All about relaxation, the master bedroom would not be complete without its own sitting area for viewing sports updates or late-night movies. Here, lounge chairs recline to create the perfect spot for Tulloch to put his feet up and watch TV. “He wanted it to be really comfortable,” Corredor says
A total redo was required in the master bath, where the now 12-foot-long shower is a far cry from those in a locker room. “This bath is more like a launching pad to get you going in the morning,” Corredor says.
“All in all, it’s a fun, warm and beautiful environment,” the designer says. “I wanted to create something unique, that would make my client proud and happy.” In Tulloch’s world, that’s a touchdown.

In the exclusive enclave of Emirates Hills, a magnificent villa transformation by Antonovich Group demonstrates why the firm remains Dubai's premier interior design Dubai destination for discriminating homeowners. This comprehensive redesign showcases the company's ability to harmonize classical grandeur with contemporary functionality, creating a residence of exceptional distinction.
The project, encompassing over 20,000 square feet of interior space, began with a strategic architectural intervention. As a leading interior renovation company Dubai residents trust for structural reimagining, Antonovich Group removed restrictive walls and raised ceiling heights to create more dramatic spatial proportions. A new double-height foyer with a sweeping marble staircase now establishes an immediate sense of grandeur upon entry.
"Villa renovations of this caliber require thinking beyond surface treatments," explains the project director. "We approach each space architecturally first, ensuring the bones of the residence support the design narrative before addressing finishes and furnishings."
Throughout the villa, the material palette speaks to extraordinary attention to detail—hand-selected marble with book-matched patterns, custom wood paneling with integrated lighting elements, and metallic accents in warm champagne tones. Each transition between spaces features thoughtful continuity while maintaining distinct character for individual rooms.
The living areas exemplify Antonovich Group's talent for creating environments that balance visual impact with genuine comfort. Custom furnishings, manufactured in the company's dedicated workshop, feature silhouettes that reference classical forms while maintaining contemporary proportions. This approach creates spaces that feel simultaneously timeless and current.
As an established interior renovation company Dubai homeowners select for turnkey solutions, Antonovich Group managed every aspect of the project—from conceptual design through technical documentation, procurement, construction management, and final styling. This comprehensive approach ensured flawless execution of even the most intricate details.
"What distinguishes truly exceptional interior design Dubai projects is consistency of vision," notes the design director. "When one entity oversees the entire process, the result possesses a harmony that cannot be achieved through fragmented implementation."
For villa owners contemplating similar transformations, Antonovich Group offers unparalleled expertise in creating residences that balance spectacular visual impact with the practical requirements of daily living—spaces that impress without sacrificing comfort.

This interior remodel reimagined a dated kitchen and bathroom as one cohesive, light-filled living environment.
The homeowners wanted a home that felt calm, organized, and effortless to live in — spaces that support everyday routines rather than complicate them.
D&G managed the entire project under a single Design-Build process: design, material selections, engineering, permitting, construction, and final quality control handled by one team with one point of accountability.
The Kitchen
The galley kitchen was opened into an adjacent dining area to improve flow and natural light. Soft white cabinetry pairs with quartz countertops and a full-height marble-look quartz backsplash behind the induction cooktop, creating a clean, uninterrupted surface that's as practical as it is refined.
A vertical shiplap accent wall introduces subtle texture and depth, balanced by a floating natural maple shelf that echoes the wood tones throughout the home. Integrated appliance placement — a wall oven, concealed microwave shelf, and under-cabinet ventilation — keeps countertops clear and sightlines uncluttered.
Adjacent to the kitchen, a custom built-in storage wall blends natural maple upper cabinetry with white base cabinetry, delivering pantry-level capacity without the visual weight of a closed pantry. Timeless, functional, and designed to age well.
The Bathroom
The bathroom carries the same design language as the kitchen: a natural maple vanity with raised-panel doors, brushed nickel hardware, quartz countertop with integrated backsplash, and an undermount sink. A recessed medicine cabinet extends storage without intruding on the room, while a glass-enclosed shower with a low-threshold base and window-driven natural light keeps the space open, bright, and easy to maintain.
Wood-look tile flooring ties the bathroom to the wide-plank flooring used throughout the home — a detail that makes the renovation read as one intentional project rather than a series of separate updates.

The inspiration for the Dune began with the simple idea to seamlessly connect the kitchen to the living space. Dune is a unique contemporary kitchen cabinet design without handles. It is defined by asymmetrically curved base units and echoing flowing forms found in nature. Opening is achieved by a groove on the edge of the extra thick 23mm front panel (base units) or by a vertical aluminum profile (tall units). Drawers in the curved units allow Pedini to offer this remarkable Italian kitchen design without compromising the environment, ergonomics or functionality.
Dune contemporary kitchens offer a high component of adaptability and individual variations, which allows room for harmony between the functional aspects of the house. Dune truly adapts to the nature of it’s surrounding.
Soft technology. Pedini makes daily living more practical thanks to the quality of the opening systems of doors and drawers, and with an automated closing mechanism, great storage capacity, and the total personalization of the spaces. Dune aesthetics provide attractive contrasts between wood veneers, steel, and quartz worktops. Modern kitchen designs like Dune are a perfect fit in any home. Dune, like all of Pedini’s contemporary kitchens, was designed with ease of function in mind. Dune is a flexible product for diversified solutions. Among the various possibilities of Dune, the option of the island allows complete access from more sides of the working area. Deep drawers are also a staple of the Dune line.
Dune is available in natural or stained eco friendly walnut as well as matte, high gloss and textured lacquer in any color. Aluminum profiles and plinths are available in white, gray, black or matte silver. Complementary glass fronts available with walnut frame and 6 colors of mirror glass.

Nestled within the exclusive Bison Bluff subdivision of Promontory, this stunning 5,166-square-foot residence epitomizes luxury mountain living. Offering breathtaking mountain views and unparalleled privacy, this meticulously designed home is a sanctuary of elegance and tranquility
The expansive, open floor plan is an entertainer's dream, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The great room, with its soaring high ceilings and commanding stone fireplace, serves as the heart of the home, where gatherings naturally unfold in a space bathed in natural light. The main level master suite is a private retreat, designed with the utmost attention to detail, while the loft office provides a serene environment for work or reflection, framed by panoramic views.
Descending to the lower level, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and privacy. A board-formed concrete wine wall welcomes guests into a private and modern speakeasy, replete with a copper bar, golf simulator, and gathering space. The home also features versatile bonus rooms and ample storage, adding to its practicality and appeal.
Outdoors, the back deck serves as a peaceful haven, offering shade from the sun and a seamless connection to the surrounding natural beauty. The marriage of natural wood and stone elements between the indoor and outdoor spaces creates a grounding, harmonious aesthetic that invites relaxation.
This residence is perfectly positioned just a short drive from Promontory’s world-class amenities, including the beach club, tubing hill, pool, spa, gym, tennis courts, and multiple clubhouses. For those seeking even more entertainment, The Shed offers indoor basketball, bowling, and a 53-seat theater, while the kids’ cabin and ice skating rink provide endless fun for all ages.

Step into a space that seamlessly blends functional organization, relaxation, and a touch of fun. The renovation journey unfolded with a meticulous focus on the home's architecture, the client's design preferences, and the need for a practical yet stylish family environment.
The primary bathroom takes center stage in promoting relaxation, featuring a spa-like ambiance with soothing colors, heated floors, a beautiful soaking tub, and gentle under-counter lighting creating a tranquil atmosphere. A cleverly integrated cabinet space is also available, providing a discreet storage solution for the less aesthetically pleasing litter box while ensuring easy access for our feline friends.
In the kitchen, attention to detail shines through with a stunning wood-trimmed vent hood and wooden pulls that punctuate the Indigo Blue cabinets, introducing natural elements and a touch of warmth. Ample storage was a crucial requirement for this kitchen. Featuring expansive pull-out drawers, a concealed lazy Susan, impressive spice storage, and a discreet power source for the cordless vacuum, every detail has been considered for optimal functionality.
Connected to the kitchen, you'll discover a dining area designed for versatility. This multipurpose zone seamlessly integrates wine storage, pantry space, a dedicated baking center, cocktail preparation area, and a convenient coffee zone.
The main level's powder room pays homage to the homeowners' roots, boasting a vibrant wallpaper by Chasing Paper that adds a playful touch.
The harmonious blend of aesthetics and functionality continues with an additional mixed-use space that serves as a delightful getaway, complete with outdoor access and ample countertop space for both utility and enjoyment. This home is a testament to the artful fusion of design, comfort, and entertainment.

In this home remodeling project, the homeowner's vision was to transform the primary bathroom into a Coastal-inspired spa. The project involved the removal of the old bathtub, creating space for a more luxurious shower, complete with a dedicated dry-off area and bench. The Coastal spa ambiance was accentuated through the use of white tiles and warm wood tones, which contribute to a relaxing and tranquil environment. To maximize functionality and storage, the homeowner opted for vanity drawers, providing practical solutions for keeping the space organized. The addition of vessel sinks elevated the vanity's look, adding a touch of sophistication. Overall, this transformation was a much-needed change, turning the bathroom into a Coastal spa retreat and achieving a refreshing renovation.
In this home remodeling project, the homeowner's goal was to turn a guest bathroom into a captivating Coastal space. The transformation took the space from a dull and nondescript aesthetic to a truly customized and inviting atmosphere. The addition of glass shower doors not only modernized the look but also elevated the overall design. Wood tones were thoughtfully integrated, adding warmth and intentionality to the space. An added touch was the installation of a vessel sink, infusing a sense of luxury into the room. As a result, this bathroom is now a welcoming retreat, radiating cleanliness and intentionality, and fully embodying the Coastal interior design style that the homeowner desired.
