Sometimes it really is all in the details... and the storage! By gutting this small NYC bath back to its stub walls and all walls back to the underlying cinder block exterior wall we were not only able to expand the space by a few precious inches that make all the difference, but we were also able to create a beautiful shower storage solution in stunning Statuary honed marble.

AFTER - This "Wet Room" layout optimizes the space & creates a spa like feel which gives these homeowners a pleasant & relaxing private space for bathing. Beautiful mosaic tiles enhance the stone-like porcelain while recessed lighting create an ambient glo perfect for a soak in the deep tub. Heated floors & a beautiful semi custom dual sink vanity are enhanced with Quartz countertops. To optimize storage & maximize footprint, a Robern Uplift medicine cabinet, complete with anti-fog, electrical outlets give the homeowner spacious storage without forfeiting precious space.

Designed by Lauren Hunt of Reico Kitchen & Bath in Charlotte, NC in collaboration with Modern Restoration, this transitional white, shaker inspired kitchen remodel features Merillat Masterpiece cabinets in the Rockwell door style with a painted Dove White finish. Kitchen countertops and backsplash feature Cambria in the color Annicca. The kitchen also features KitchenAid appliances. According to Lauren, "It was really important for us to create functional storage as there is limited cabinet space. Rollouts in the pantry, tray dividers above the oven/microwave combo and spice and utensil pullouts by the range helped us achieve that goal. We were also able to use Merillat Masterpiece's double waste basket sink base so we did not have to sacrifice precious cabinet space elsewhere. I absolutely love this kitchen and working together with my clients to create this space." Added the client, "Lauren was lovely to with from start to finish. This smart kitchen renovation in Silver Spring, Maryland, involved removing three walls and a centrally located powder room and a closet. The powder room was relocated into the original closet area, and the patio door moved nearby. The main window was enlarged to create an anchor and focal point for the new kitchen as well as to enhance the view onto the lovely backyard. This mid-century custom home had always intrigued me, so I was thrilled when asked by the homeowners to help to renovate their kitchen, master bath as well as three other bathrooms. Having a true sense of the home's essence and history, they were not afraid to use exotic and precious finishes to highlight its uniqueness. All doorknob sets and faucet sets are by Sherle Wagner and carefully selected by the homeowners to be unique to each space.

This little girl's bathroom coordinates well with it's adjacent purple bedroom. The modern white cabinetry and brushed nickel hardware offers continuity and another window seat plus plenty of storage. A large white mirror with heavy crown moulding adorns a stylish vanity space complete with granite countertop and a precious sink basin. Perfect for prepping!

Situated along Manhattan’s prestigious “Gold Coast,” the building at 17 East 12th Street was developed by Rigby Asset Management, a New York-based real estate investment and development firm that specializes in rehabilitating underutilized commercial properties into high-end residential buildings. For the building’s model apartment, Rigby enlisted Nicole Fuller Interiors to create a bold and luxurious environment that complemented the grand vision of project architect, Bromley Caldari. Fuller specified products from her not-so-little black book of design resources to stage the space with museum-quality artworks, precious antiques, statement light fixtures, and contemporary furnishings, rugs, and window treatments.

Inspiration for a large transitional master light wood floor claw-foot bathtub remodel in San Francisco with flat-panel cabinets, blue cabinets, beige walls, a drop-in sink and marble countertops

The Kitchen is the centerpiece of every home and selecting the right cabinets will either make or break the look of your home. No detail was left untouched; elegant skirting-board on the floor and crown molding add to the elevated ambience. Custom fixtures in a two-toned finish of polished nickel and brass herald the triumph. No ordinary sink would suffice; precious-metal-jeweler custom drop-in sinks in polished stainless were sourced. Medicine cabinets were fitted with a decorative gold frame for an added extravagance while crystal sconces light the way. Rare, Verde Empress green marble tops the vanity and tub surround to complete the highly refined, yet welcoming space.
