We repaired the kitchens cabinet from the water damage include new doors and new reinforce the back wall connected all plumbing and refinish the paint on cabinets. In addition, we repaired all drywall plus new installation that has been taken out for restoration company- approx.. 480 sq. ft. – drywall plus 450 sq. ft installation. Oran Remodeling’s team also plastered and painted all rooms to match colors- approx.. 850 sq. ft. of painting, installed new molding to match the old molding in 3 bedrooms, installed new molding and paint around new windows that have been taken out to repair from the leak from the last storm.

Designed for the 2014 Chicago Flower and Garden show, this display garden captures a playful sensibility well-suited for any family to enjoy. The clean, modern lines and carefully planned spaces of this 50’ by 50’ garden form an enticing setting to simply unplug. Working within a very limited area, the design organizes a bio pool with sundeck, a spillover water feature and lounge area, and a gravel dining terrace with a built-in fireplace and shade tree canopy. Unlike traditional pools, our bio pool utilizes aquatic plants, beneficial bacteria, and microbes, rather than harsh chemicals, to filter the water. Impurities and excess nutrients are drawn out of the water naturally, creating a much healthier swimming environment. A native plant palette is incorporated throughout the garden with shade trees, ornamentals, native forbs, and perennials in an emergent spring landscape. We hope this exciting design will encourage green inspiration for visitors, whether they have a tight city lot or a larger suburban property.

Rebuild of existing addition. The original builders made many mistakes with their weather sealing details, which led to some disastrous, and dangerous rot in the structure of this addition. We were hired to rebuild what was damaged, and installed new jeld-wen site line windows. We then installed new HardiePanel HZ5 siding, over a ventilated rain screen weather barrier, as well as composite trim to prevent any further water intrusion and rot.
