This was our 2016 Parade Home and our model home for our Cantera Cliffs Community. This unique home gets better and better as you pass through the private front patio courtyard and into a gorgeous entry. The study conveniently located off the entry can also be used as a fourth bedroom. A large walk-in closet is located inside the master bathroom with convenient access to the laundry room. This client was in need of her own efficient home office. Her husband works from home, and she has plans to retire and continue to work from home as well. She already had an office but it lacked the storage that she needed. She came to us with an inspiration photo that we were able to recreate for her. She wanted space for display as well as closed storage and filing drawers. We also included 2 spaces for printers with sliding drawers for easy access. The client also wanted the center to house a record player and audio system. The middle cabinets have a metal grid on the face inside of a solid panel to allow breathing room and ventilation for audio equipment. In contrast, the entry wall on the other side of the room has more open storage with shelves on both sides of the double doors. This isn’t immediately seen when entering the office so it didn’t need to be perfect and orderly like the back wall of the office. Overall, we are thrilled with the way this office turned out, and we are so happy we were able to turn our clients’ vision into a reality! A custom built hutch style drawer bank added to a previously installed Closet Factory closet. The upper cabinets display sweaters and other clothing through rain glass. His and hers drawers are divided with a hidden laundry basket and jewelry drawers in the center of the unit. Mirrored backing under the upper cabinets gives the illusion of more space and gives the client a place to check outfits, jewelry and makeup before heading out. The dark stain material blends seamlessly with the current interior design of the client's home.

Bright new kitchen in our Roncesvalles reno! We combined grey quartz counter tops with white shaker cabinets and white penny round tiles with matching grey grout for subtle palette without being too stark. Clean lines, and minimal details ensure a sleek elevation.

Once a guest bedroom, this space needed to house all sorts of critical activity for the household. It functions as an office, wine bar, coffee bar and laundry room. Office supplies, a shredder and printer are all concealed in the custom cabinetry. Le Grand outlets boast USB charging ports for convenience. The couple's Keurig pods are stowed in a drawer built for such a purpose. A Sub Zero wine refrigerator houses their extensive wine collection. And a laundry with chrome hanging bar and cleanser storage is tucked neatly behind a pair of doors.

Shown in the open position, the outer sections of the architectural photograph slide apart to reveal shelving concealed within the custom storage wall. When closed, the three sections form one continuous panoramic image; when open, the artwork frames frequently used books, files and office supplies. This flexible design allows the wall to shift between a clean visual focal point and accessible working storage.
