In the living room we chose artwork with a grey and red components and matched cushions to the color in the artwork. Staging makes the empty rooms in this condo feel like a home and takes the focus away from the wall colors.

This 264 square foot prefab home was packaged and brought to the client’s property as just 64 flatpacked components, and assembled from start to finish in six weeks.
AVAVA believes that beautiful design and a commitment to sustainability can work together with the efficiency of prefab to deliver the highest quality housing that the average citizen can afford. This project is intended as a future retirement retreat for a professional couple currently living in San Francisco. It was permitted as a residential secondary dwelling unit according to the planning code in the city of Livermore.
Named Britespace, our prefab models feature a 12’x16’ window wall, and a 14’ ceiling that fills the home with natural light. The interior can be fitted with a full kitchen or simple counter and wetbar, and a full or half bath – or left open for office or guest bedroom use. The Britespace is available in 264, 352, and 480 square foot sizes, and comes in a limited number of design options for interior and exterior finishes.
AVAVA Systems is a full-service prefab flatpack home provider specializing in Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) products, and delivering projects from planning and permitting through construction.

Our designer has achieved a stylish look by combining dark cabinets and light-colored marbles.

This sun-filled farmhouse kitchen is the focal point of this home’s new addition. The kitchen is white with wood elements, giving it a contemporary feel. From the recessed outlets in the island, to the columns adorning the island, to the hood with walnut trim, to the paneled refrigerator that matches the cabinetry, every detail was customized for the homeowners. The kitchen is anchored by a large island with seating for seven and tons of storage. The island is bookended by additional components topped by walnut butcher block counters. One end serves as a table and the other end is an extra area for food prep and storage. There is also a cutting board integrated into the sink. The white quartz on the island and main kitchen counters and white subway tile backsplash give the kitchen a modern, sleek look. The walnut trim around the hood is a special touch that ties directly into the walnut butcher block counters.
After tearing down this home's existing addition, we set out to create a new addition with a modern farmhouse feel that still blended seamlessly with the original house. The addition includes a kitchen great room, laundry room and sitting room. Outside, we perfectly aligned the cupola on top of the roof, with the upper story windows and those with the lower windows, giving the addition a clean and crisp look. Using granite from Chester County, mica schist stone and hardy plank siding on the exterior walls helped the addition to blend in seamlessly with the original house. Inside, we customized each new space by paying close attention to the little details. Reclaimed wood for the mantle and shelving, sleek and subtle lighting under the reclaimed shelves, unique wall and floor tile, recessed outlets in the island, walnut trim on the hood, paneled appliances, and repeating materials in a symmetrical way work together to give the interior a sophisticated yet comfortable feel.

The main elements of the kitchen are customized, hand-made Copper Range Hood above the large Gas Range with 6 burners. Those two components make from the kitchen a professional chief workspace which is very practical for use and looks gorgeous while you have guests over.

The large, glass table was replaced with a wooden table.
The table is part of the group of furniture that was purchased and includes the coffee and console table in the living room. This pulls the design components from the living room to the dining room.
The client will purchase new dining chairs later.

To create a clean updated look in our client's home office we used white, low sheen, painted cabinetry and shelves. To coordinate the existing chandelier, our client selected crystal hardware and satin nickel bar pulls. The final touch in this coordinated space was custom painting our client's existing desk. All of the elements come together in this clean, transitional space!

Custom private bowling alley installed in the home's basement. Fusion Bowling salvaged several vintage components from the 1960s era, and restored them to like-new condition. This involved professional professional powder coating, chrome re-plating, painting, rubber fabrication, LED retrofits, etc. The vintage pieces were combined with new synthetic bowling lane, gutters, and computer scoring system.

Open, spacious layout flows through this family home, designed with separate working spaces for every need and room for guests to watch! Custom details throughout enhance each component from cabinets, glass shelving, and window framing to flooring texture. This project fits seamlessly into the family's lifestyle. That is the mark of a great design perfectly, professionally brought to life.
