Modern Wall Unit Lyrics 14 by Up Huppe
Made in Canada
The Lyrics by Up Huppe is a modular line of wall units made out of a specially selected American walnut veneer and lacquered in a blend of micro-textured lacquer. The collection is equipped with the highest quality hardware, and the drawers, which are specially treated and stained to match the exterior, are able to close gently and silently due to the invisible, self-closing slow-motion slides. All the modules within the Lyric line can be set on a base, placed on the floor or hung on a wall to allow for the creation of unique configurations, with plenty of storage space within the modules to make them functional as well. The black smoked glass front of the TV base units are made so that they do not interrupt any wireless device signal, and the cut-outs on the back and the adjustable shelves of each unit help provide maximum ventilation for any electronics. Designed by Joel Dupras and manufactured in Canada by a passionate and professional team, the Lyrics line guarantees the highest build quality for each of its units. The Lyrics line offers flexibility with its design, providing you with the option to create your own composition through the many different units available, or giving you the option to choose from the many different pre-designed compositions available.

Custom details and symmetry are the hallmarks of this special kitchen. Details and materials are subtly repeated, bookending the space and its components in this beautifully designed space. We used tin tile for the fireplace surround and the bar backsplash. Absolute black polish granite is used as a counter on the storage hutch and the bar. Beadboard is used for the walls behind the entry cubbies and the fireplace. Walnut butcher block is used on both ends the island. The range is surrounded by identical looking cabinets, one of which is actually the paneled refrigerator! Throughout, black accents and hardware match the iron hardware on the room’s Dutch door, which is original to the house. The wood element is carried through out the room in big (the island ends, the floor) and small (wood element on hood, reclaimed wood shelving) ways.
After tearing down this home's existing addition, we set out to create a new addition with a modern farmhouse feel that still blended seamlessly with the original house. The addition includes a kitchen great room, laundry room and sitting room. Outside, we perfectly aligned the cupola on top of the roof, with the upper story windows and those with the lower windows, giving the addition a clean and crisp look. Using granite from Chester County, mica schist stone and hardy plank siding on the exterior walls helped the addition to blend in seamlessly with the original house. Inside, we customized each new space by paying close attention to the little details. Reclaimed wood for the mantle and shelving, sleek and subtle lighting under the reclaimed shelves, unique wall and floor tile, recessed outlets in the island, walnut trim on the hood, paneled appliances, and repeating materials in a symmetrical way work together to give the interior a sophisticated yet comfortable feel.

Guidelines for Choosing an Outdoor Firepit Designs
When going over possible Outdoor Firepit Ideas in Kansas City MO, one of the main considerations is the decor and design of your home as it stands now. Most outdoor design ideas incorporate either metal or copper as the main material. The design itself depends on individual preference. Computer numerical control or CNC machining is an automated manufacturing process used to make components of devices or appliances. It employs computer-aided software and codes to control complex machinery, including mills, grinders, lathes, and cutters. It is used to manufacture multiple parts from diverse raw materials such as aluminium, brass, acrylic, plastics, and wood.
It is a subtractive process in which a solid piece of material is carved into a 2D or 3D object of any shape or size. This enables the creation of prototypes for parts and finished products. It also enables automated mass production of parts such as fittings, housings, brackets, gears, fasteners, shafts, electrical contacts, and moulds using specific materials.
This process is a quick, safe, versatile, precise, and cost-effective production method. These advantages allow it to be used for various applications in industries ranging from healthcare and electronics to aerospace and the military. Moreover, it is used to create parts for several objects you use at home every day.
Here are 10 things in your house that you may not know are manufactured using CNC machining:
1. Kitchen Appliances
Several manufacturers employ CNC machines to create heavy-duty parts for durable kitchen appliances. Through pre-programmed software, the machine produces parts of different shapes, sizes, colours, and textures using a variety of materials like metals and plastic.
CNC-machined components of kitchen appliances include metal plates, covers, textured handles, pins, rings, and wires. These small but essential parts improve the utility of your everyday kitchen appliances such as the electric can opener, dishwasher, hand blender, grinder, and coffee brewing machine.
2. Electronic Devices
Components of electronic devices are usually small in size and have fine details and shapes that require precision machining. CNC machines offer the flexibility and efficiency to manufacture large and small parts of various shapes, sizes, and materials required to complete electronic appliances.
CNC machining enables accurate, computerized prototyping and the production of detailed, intricate, and sensitive parts from a wide range of metals. It can be used to produce parts such as connectors, housing, wires, heat sinks, semiconductors, and fixtures. It can also be used to create the chassis or the framework of various electronic appliances.
You can find CNC-machined parts in the following electronic home appliances:
- Laptops and Computers
- Mobile phones
- Cameras
- Television
- Speakers
- Keyboard
- Mouse
- Router
- Refrigerator
- Air conditioner
- Washing machine
- Fans, air purifiers, and humidifiers
- Robotic vacuum cleaners
- Remote control

The home’s façade features several contemporary accents that, combined, create an eye-catching grand entrance. I love to add an organic element to the exterior and the mahogany wood slats fulfill this component. They add a warmth that some contemporary homes are lacking. The experts at Four Seasons Outdoor Living completed my vision with their beautiful landscaping. Several patches of monkey grass line the large, rectangular concrete blocks that lead right up to the 8-foot high door. LBJ Construction brought my vision of a large, stunning doorway to life. The home originally had a standard 6’ 8” door. We removed the outdated window shutters for a more polished appearance. New windows and a brand new roof not only add to the curb appeal, but make for a much more energy efficient home in the heat of the Houston summer. I truly enjoyed working with these amazing professionals. This was an extremely fun project with a phenomenal outcome.

This Mccormick Ranch beauty was remodeled from head to toe, inside and out. We gutted this home to bring in a more modern feel. The kitchen was updated with white shaker cabinetry, glass tile backsplash and gorgeous Calcutta marble countertops. We built a custom wall unit and added an over sized barn door to hide all of the components. The master bath was turned into a spa with the addition of a steam shower lined in Calcutta marble. The en suite bath was also updated with a steam shower lined in glass tile. A carrara accent wall was created for the gorgeous furniture piece vanity. We installed 12 inch distressed wood throughout the house. The landscaping was professionally done with artificial grass in the front, a paver driveway/walkway and tumbles travertine pavers for the courtyard.
