Glass selection is crucial, and Solarban 70 ensures a comfortable interior environment throughout the year. The exterior is no less beautiful, and is adorned with elegant copper cladding and flashing that creates a striking effect beside the surrounding architecture. No glass space is more elegant than a traditional conservatory, and here we see a gorgeous example which fuses New England ingenuity and Southern charm. This Seattle penthouse kitchen was remodeled to create a luxurious space for the owners to relax as well as host friends and family. The wall between the kitchen and dining area was opened up the new large peninsula with 48” Miele range and ceiling mounted hood vent take advantage of the downtown views and optimize the space for entertaining. The kitchen sink was moved to the window and a prep sink was added near the new Subzero refrigerator. The layout was optimized for food preparation, cooking and clean up with modern finishes including grey cabinetry, light quartz countertops and large scale porcelain tile. The result is a warm, sophisticated home designed to showcase treasured artifacts and collectibles gathered from years abroad while providing modern functionality for everyday living. From the moment you enter, the home's new character unfolds through a carefully curated palette of wood, stone, and metal. Rich ebony-stained knotty alder millwork draws the eye through the entry, where a newly created mudroom replaces the former office space. This Seattle penthouse kitchen was remodeled to create a luxurious space for the owners to relax as well as host friends and family. The wall between the kitchen and dining area was opened up the new large peninsula with 48” Miele range and ceiling mounted hood vent take advantage of the downtown views and optimize the space for entertaining. The kitchen sink was moved to the window and a prep sink was added near the new Subzero refrigerator. The layout was optimized for food preparation, cooking and clean up with modern finishes including grey cabinetry, light quartz countertops and large scale porcelain tile.
