The luxurious all-white master bathroom is now the perfect oasis getaway for two, complete with a large, spacious walk-in shower designed in Calacatta marble, White Pearl Quartzite counters with dual undermount sinks, ceiling-height Dura Supreme cabinetry in a Pearl finish, and a built-in linen closet to maximize storage. Other features include Grohe/Ferguson chrome fixtures, a toilet and bidet, Swarovski crystal shower valves, and a hexagon mosaic tile floor. The extension of the wall allowed us to add a glass block window, letting more light into the space. Finally, delicate wallpaper with a raised floral design added the perfect touch of luxury to this updated master bathroom.

To relieve stress and anxiety, our clients also wanted to turn their pool bath into a steam room. Because the guest bedroom closet was positioned on the other side of the bathroom, it made it easy to create an accessible location for the required ThermaSol steam generator. The ceiling-height custom steam shower enclosure was designed with a moving transom glass door, and the shower walls were laid in Neostile Chalk tile by Happy Floors with a perfect square of Elysium tile in Pontus blue, creating a stunning visual focal point. Brushed satin nickel hardware was chosen to match the new Signature Hardware plumbing selections and accessories. The shower floor was laid in an Akau Riverstone Cappuccino pebble mosaic tile, butting up against the Chalet Miele wood plank porcelain tile that flows effortlessly throughout the rest of the home. A white custom DuraSupreme floating vanity (with Homestead door style) was topped with polished Kelvingrove Cambria Quartz countertops—in warm and nurturing Earth tones of taupe, white, and Robin’s egg blue-green. For perfect task lighting, a lighted mirror was installed over the vanity. Finally, the walls were painted a light beige (Sherwin Williams #7036) in a satin finish to create a perfectly enclosed space that promotes relaxation and healthier living.

The goal in the dining room was to create a warm and inviting feel that would appeal to both men and women. Various textures: wool rug, velvet dining chairs, silk drapes, dark woods.

In Kansas City patio, and landscaping design, there is a clear trend toward a cleaner, more defined look influenced by a more modern era viewpoint that values a non-cluttered look and feel. So, as a Landscape Contractor, in our circle of clients, we've seen a definite shift toward cleaner, artisan-crafted backyards and fewer "boxy", shrub-heavy yards. The vanity was designed with a large trough sink, a beautiful quartz countertop and under cabinet lighting. The backsplash is faux painted with Sherwin Williams Stardew and offers the perfect backdrop for a large Kohler mirror with built-in lighting.
