We worked with Allison Lind Interiors when clients introduced us to their design team. The clients had recently purchased a recreational a-frame, aspiring to turn it into an adventure destination with modern comforts and all the quintessential cabin features - wood paneled interiors, stone fireplace, floor to ceiling windows overlooking scenic riverfront. We were initially nervous about working with a new-to-us designer whose team would be working remotely to create and communicate their vision. Their concept for the cabin intimidated us at first, with more meticulously planned details per square foot than any project we've undertaken. While we had no doubt they were a talented team, we were simply hopeful we could collaborate well. What unfolded exceeded our expectations entirely. Aside from design talent, what truly set Allison's team apart was their unwavering engagement throughout construction. Despite working remotely, they remained incredibly responsive, offering prompt solutions and genuine encouragement when challenges arose. This level of collaboration produced a space that offers countless moments of discovery—warm wood textures against clean modern lines, natural elements honoring the surrounding landscape, and thoughtful details that reveal themselves the longer you stay. The emotional impact of the final reveal was profound. Allison and Allie did a phenomenal job on our complex project. We had a specific vision for our winter residence, and Allison's team executed it perfectly. Since it is a part-time space, we didn't want to completely overhaul everything, but they made it feel brand new with their resourcefulness and creativity within our strict budget. They helped us find a contractor and worked closely with them, going beyond just traditional interior decorating. Their ability to capture our "vibe" resulted in a unique and cohesive look that we simply couldn't have achieved on our own. Outstanding work decorating a 2BR high-rise apt from scratch. I recently moved to Seattle and ditched *all* of my old furniture. While apartment hunting I went thru the Houzz reviews and came up with a short list to contact. Allison responded quickly and made time to see my chosen apartment the next day. She is extremely organized, efficient, thoughtful, creative, thorough and responsive. I'm a single busy guy with no interest / taste in decorating, and this was my first time hiring help. She helped me define "Just make it look classy without spending too much" by sending Pinterest clippings of different styles and then narrowing it specific items. Kinda like the eye doctor - "is this better or this?", while tactfully steering me away from my bad ideas towards far better ones. The final product is AMAZING! I love everything and how it all works together. Without her, I'd have wasted so much time and money without ever getting close to it. My new friends here think I'm stylish now (tee-hee)!

Our project isn't complete yet, but we're thrilled to be working with Allison. She has taken the time to get each piece right, offering multiple options where needed. She has also offered practical tips on where to spend and where to save to get high quality and good design. We started with four rooms, and we're already looking forward to doing more!

Ali and her team were fantastic. The "Ali Experience" started with a consultation--where she came to our house and spent some time with my Wife and I learning our styles. My wife and I have very different aesthetics--so where my wife likes very clean modern, I like something that is a bit more homey and comfortable--combine those differing aesthetics with an old craftsman house from 1926--and that's the makings of a pretty significant challenge for any Interior Designer. Ali--simply put--delivered. She gave us a few options--worked with us on changes that we wanted to make--pushed back back on our push back with her professional opinion where needed--and the end result is one we were and are ecstatic with. We're looking forward to leveraging her expertise on future home projects--and I have and will continue recommending Ali to friends and anyone interested in a designer.

Was referred to Allison Lind Interiors after seeing an amazing project they completed virtually for a family member. We engaged them for virtual design assistance with a large basement redo at our home outside of New York. She came in with a fresh, clean, achievable approach and transformed our basement into a place you actually want to watch tv, do laundry in, hangout... everything from layout, color theme, materials - Allison Lind made it fun and easy for us. Their design services are affordable, attentive, and flat out stunning. We highly recommend.

Allie was recommended to me by a friend in NYC. I was a bit hesitant at first as I live in the UK but we tried out an initial consultation and spoke in depth about the design ideas I wanted for our 1930's era home and I grew more comfortable with doing a long-distance project. I figured we'd test out her virtual design service in the master bedroom and master bathroom which we were looking to remodel in a modern art deco style. Where to start; first I'd say Allie was great bouncing ideas off of. I followed her instagram and gave her some feedback of her previous style that I liked on her past projects and from there she really took the reins. Even given our time zone difference she was really proactive and we found a good window to connect on a periodic basis. The quality of her work and eye proved valuable as I didn't know where to start. We settled on a marble tile design for the bathroom with brass fittings. The dual basin and lighting was quite the change from our old bathroom, but given the small space everything tied together. Even though I live in the UK, sourcing quality materials wasn't a problem for Allie. Going for wallpaper in our bedroom took some convincing as I hadn't seen wallpaper in a house in decades. Taking a leap of faith after looking at the mock-ups Allie designed gave me more confidence to persevere with her proposal (and updating our bed frame). I'm quite thrilled with the bold results as this completely changed the look and feel of our room. Overall I'm very pleased with the experience of working with Allie. We had minimum asks and trusted them to be creative on a tight budget - the outcome was incredible. With little direction they took an ugly bathroom and made it into my sanctuary...all through online meetings and phone calls. They handled everything- every detail. Allison’s vision, creativity and charm all come through in her incredible work. I hired Allison to design my industrial loft in Denver. The space is incredibly challenging with a couple of strange angles and high ceilings, but after a video consult and sending photos, the ideas started to bloom. First, she took the time to really understand me and how I wanted to live in the space. She also wanted to understand the intricacies of how it flowed. The end result was a stunning, well balanced home that actually came in UNDER budget. It’s such a pleasure having Allison’s magic around the loft!

Allison Lind interiors helped us with 2 projects via teleconference. The process was SO EASY and efficient. We chatted about what my needs and expectations were and we gave them a reasonable budget that they totally abided by. They ordered all of our furniture/lighting/decor and sent us a visual drawing of how it should layout (with dimensions and measurements). We gave the info to our handyman and voila! A new entryway and living room corner fully done! Can’t thank Allison enough for all of her help! I decided to hire a designer because I moved from a townhome with small rooms that were easy to design...to a big house with large rooms that I was nervous to design. Allison came over to our house with an iPad full of examples of photos. She listened to our comments and opinions on each photo, and took notes. I thought that was such a genius way of figuring out a clients’ style. She sent us her design ideas and I was blown away with all of her selections. The artwork was gorgeous and exactly what I love. The light fixtures were incredible. Everything was so sexy and chic. She helped me redesign the powder room with grasscloth wallpaper and a gemstone inspired mirror, and the room makes me so happy. She found artwork and light fixtures from design sites that I didn’t even know existed. There’s no way my home would look as good as it does without her help. Just listen to everything she says and take her advice. Haha. I asked her if we really needed a lamp in the entry hallway. She said yes, it provides ambiance. So our electrician installed an outlet where we needed it. And she was right. I love that light and look forward to turning it on every day. She designed six areas of our home, and I love every one of them. I can’t wait to have her design the upstairs of my home one day. We were very pleased, and all of our friends and family love it, too. The photos of my home are in the album called “Pretty in Pink.”

I used Allison to decorate the main floor of our new house. We had previously only lived in apartments and basically had to start from scratch. My husband and I have very different tastes and both working full-time, we did not have the time to shop around to try and find furniture and art that would suit us both. Allison did a fabulous job getting to know us and providing options that were a good match with both of our styles. She was flexible when it came to incorporating specific pieces that we already owned or found along the way and made our home feel like the best possible version of our taste. Allison also did an amazing job dealing with vendors when things did not go as planned. She made sure that a faulty rug was replaced at no cost to us and a year after our purchase, found a way to fix a warped wood headboard that the vendor would not fix, again, at no cost. I would absolutely recommend Allison to anyone who needs some help pulling their space together!

I worked with Yashlie Negron during my renovation. The work involved painting, electrical work, floor sanding/refinishing, closet renovation and new furniture for Dining alcove, living room and some bedroom changes. Yashlie put many ideas in front of me, some I liked and some I discarded, but she was always professional and ceded to my goals. The renovation went far beyond what I expected. While there were many inconveniences, including the move out/move in of all my furniture so the floors could be sanded, it was worth it. From start to finish, this project took about 10 months. Yashlie has a great vision for design, and I went with many of her suggestions, which I would not have done if not for working with her. I have very happy with my 'new' apartment.

I've had the pleasure to work with Allison Lind and her entire team with a couple of her clients. We worked together to accomplish exactly what her clients desired. I purchased a lovely home with a great view here in Seattle that needed a makeover. I know I needed ALOT of help. I always like to say, I know when it looks nice, but how to get there from here... no idea. I hired Allison after interviewing several interior designers. Things have turned out so wonderful! The house was dated, and needed new flooring, paint, fireplace, light fixtures etc, not to mention a house full of furniture. Allison was definitely up for the challenge. She dove in first with broad strokes, choosing an overall scheme, nailing down flooring and paint colors etc... all the while learning my style and preferences, and taloying her designs to them. Allison's breath is really great... as the project continued, and when it was clear a new fireplace was needed structurally, she pulled through here as well, designing a new brick fireplace to go with the overall scheme. When it became time to order furniture, Allison could not have made it easier. While rooms were put together with several complete options on ideas boards. Overall, not only did she do a great job at focusing in on my style, coming up with beautiful whole room designs, but I felt the options she gave gently pushed me to consider ideas I may not have considered before. I will definitely keep Allison by my side as I continue to remodel and add to the home!

We cannot recommend Allison Lind and her team highly enough. Allison and her dream team of Yashlie Negron and Taylor Dieterich are extremely professional, endlessly creative and really a pleasure to work with. We bought an empty two bedroom apartment and they furnished it for us from start to finish, overseeing all aspects of the project, not just the furnishings, art and decorations but also choosing and supervising location of electrics and choosing and installing wallpaper and window treatments. After meeting with Allison for an initial consultation, and meeting with the talented and lovely Yashlie and Taylor on two occasions before the actual work began, we were out of the country until the apartment was finished, and all communications were conducted seamlessly by phone, email or Skype. They are excellent communicators who are always available to their clients. Throughout the process, they listened carefully to what we wanted and offered lots of wonderful suggestions and variations on the theme, always remaining open to any suggestions or tweaks and able to come up with a seemingly endless array of great ideas. We arrived at our new home for the big reveal - they had even done all the shopping for sheets, towels, kitchenware, coffee table books and objets d’art - and we were absolutely delighted with the results.

We hired Allison Lind on the recommendation of a neighbor in our building after looking everywhere for a designer. We knew the minute we looked at her website, that we found the perfect person to decorate our apartment. At the first meeting, Allison had us look through an iPad full of beautifully designed rooms. As we randomly pointed at every room, Allison made notes, but we weren't sure if we had really communicated our likes to her. When she came back with the design, we were blown away- she got us! Allison and her team really exceeded my expectations. Allison listens. I was moving from a rental to a larger two bedroom apartment in a coop and it was the first time I hired a decorator. I was concerned that I would have to deal with someone high-handed or condescending --- not at all the case. She provided a range of options and ideas, taking me a bit out of my safe zone but not being outlandish (and, more importantly, not being awkward when I didn't go with first option). Great instincts around colour, wallpapers and carpets. She and her team were extremely down to earth and responsive and always pleasant. The results were terrific - with a stylish, nicely detailed and highly live-able space. She brings a great enthusiasm for her metier. The relationship continues as we are now tackling my kitchen.

Allison and her team recently helped me with the renovation and furnishing of my 2 bedroom home. Allison listened to my needs, understood my style preference (actually, she helped me figure out WHAT my style preference is... I was all over the map!) and far exceeded my expectations of what my home could look like. She not only created a beautiful home that I'm incredibly proud of, but she was so easy to work with and put me at ease through the high-stress process of moving and renovating. Working with Allison, designer and co-owner of Lind|Hesse, proved to be a wonderful and eye-opening experience. From the beginning they touted their difference as tailoring the design to their clients, not just their clients' spaces. In other words, Allison made it personal and meaningful. Since I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, she asked the right questions until I did. We ended up incorporating pieces that have been in my family for generations that Allison blended beautifully with the new decor. Overall, Allison managed the process efficiently, taking care of all the details and leaving me with nothing but a gorgeous space that I love to come home to every single day. We were so pleased to work with Allison in designing our new apartment. She brought a very high-level understanding of design and architecture but broke it down into very easy and understandable parts for novices like us. Allison was super helpful with our renovation. We didn't know where to start and Allison set us in the right direction. She was economical and efficient and asked all the right questions. Allison helped us pick out tiles, counter-tops, backsplash, paint colors and finishes and she gave us furniture tips too. Allison quickly assessed our needs and was there to help us do something that was reflective of us. I would work with Allison again in a heartbeat.

We hired Allison to help us with our new apartment , and she was worth every penny! She started by helping us with paint colors. She helped us pick colors for a 3 bedroom apt in an hour. I didn't love the tile work in the kitchen or bathrooms and was considering re-doing them, but with the new paint colors Allison picked everything looks much better now and I'm actually happy with the original tiles. This saved us thousands of dollars. Allison is also great because not only is she so sweet and fun to work with, but she's really sensitive to prices and is always able to find better deals than I can. She's flexible in working with you in a way that maximizes your time with her and is never pushy. I've already recommended her to my friends who love her as well. I'm so glad I decided to work with a designer instead of trying to struggle through this process myself, and I'm even more grateful to have found someone like Allison to work with.

Allison Lind is a true professional. Her passion for interior design is obvious in her attention to detail and her ability to make her client's vision a reality. I reviewed her work on her website, and despite the fact that my personal taste was much more traditional, and antique-like (given that I grew up in a colonial house) she was still able to help me pick wall colors, and furniture pieces, within my budget, in my traditional style choice. I've since graduated from this initial apartment, as have my tastes, and have decided this time around that I'd prefer a more "Industrial" interior in my new apartment. I'm currently using Allison again, and she continues to deliver great advice, and design recommendations. Highly recommend her. Pleasant to work with and very professional.

Allison has a gift of connecting with her clients, listening to their needs, getting a sense of their style, and then putting her creative touch on the outcome. She did a driftwood headboard for our bed capturing our love of the beach. I change the accents with the seasons: buoys for the spring, beach bags for the summer, a crow sits on top of the "fence" for fall, and hang Christmas stocking hats on the corners in the winter . Allison did a great job designing my apartment. She came up with some very creative ideas, worked tirelessly to accommodate my being both picky and generally hard to reach, and also found me some fantastic original artwork. And all well within budget. When I then bought a new apartment shortly after she finished the job, she "remapped" everything she'd just done for the new place, and then moved me in -- she coordinated the movers, the painting and the wallpapering, and then, while I stayed in a hotel, she took two days to unpack everything and put it where it "belonged," including kitchen, closets, paintings, electronics -- everything -- with no input from me, and unbelievably inexpensively. Amazing.

What can I say about Allie...after interviewing multiple interior designers in NY, it was clear Allie was perfect for the job. First and foremost she listened to my concerns / issues and was proactive in helping me identify my needs / wants as opposed to having a predetermined blueprint / plan / course of action to design my apartment. Allie assessed overall space, layout and more importantly, helped me identify my preference in regards to interior design to create a space fit for my personality. Being a single male, arguably a guys guy, I did not know the difference between contemporary, modern, chic, traditional, etc. types or styles of furnishings and design. Allie asked specific questions that helped her assess my preferences and went to work. End result, I now know that my interior design preference leans towards modern / contemporary design and my apartment looks fantastic. Allie assisted with every aspect of making my apartment what it is today including furniture, artwork, lighting, layout, etc. and more importantly, kept to a pre-determined budget.

Very attentive with a great aesthetic. She has a great understanding of how to use color to transform a living space that is unlike many of other designers I interviewed. She was also quite affordable and exceptionally easy to work with as I didn't spend time dealing with others. She was able to focus on my needs, which allowed me to finish my redesign much sooner than I anticipated.
