MossCreek's exquisite use of exterior materials include poplar bark, antique log siding with dovetail corners, hand cut timber frame, barn board siding and local river stone piers and foundation. Inside, the home features reclaimed barn wood walls, floors and ceilings.

Our "classic" gardens include raised beds filled with nutrient rich organic soil, cedar post, rails, and caps, space efficient layout, animal resistant fencing w/ground barrier, a secure latching gate, and a "window box" featuring beautiful animal-detering flowers and herbs. Inspiration for a cottage kitchen remodel in Phoenix

AquaTerra Outdoors was hired to bring life to the outdoors of the new home. When it came time to design the space we were challenged with the tight space of the backyard. We worked through the concepts and we were able to incorporate a new pool with spa, custom water feature wall, Ipe wood deck, outdoor kitchen, custom steel and Ipe wood shade arbor and fire pit. This custom home was designed by the talented architects at Platt Architecture. “Reclaimed Wonder” is located in the private golf community Wade Hampton Golf Club in Cashiers, North Carolina. Every detail of this home was designed to create a work of art. Not only is the small mountain town of Cashiers a truly beautiful place, but this luxury home creates a beautiful retreat as well. The color palette of the reclaimed wood beams and wall planks along with the indigenous stone choices and carefully appointed warm amber lighting creates an ambiance true to the natural beauty surrounding the home. Stepping stones in a minimal gravel paved area lead past two lounge chairs to the intimate dining area. The herringbone-patterned limestone patio dissipates into a lush planting bed filled with loose swaths of shade-loving perennials and seasonal bulbs. Beech hedging, and formal clipped evergreens, surround the space and provide privacy, structure and winter interest to the garden. On axis to the main interior living space of the home, the fountain, is the focal point of the garden. A limestone water wall featuring an engraved pattern of fallen Honey Locust leaves nods to the centrally located mature Honey Locust tree that anchors the garden. Water, flowing down the wall, falls a short distance into a pool with a submerged limestone panel. The light noise of the falling water helps soften the sounds of the bustling downtown neighbourhood, creating a tranquil back drop for living and entertaining.
