Every day feels like a celebration in this stylish design that features a main level floor plan perfect for both entertaining and convenient one-level living. The distinctive transitional exterior welcomes friends and family with interesting peaked rooflines, stone pillars, stucco details and a symmetrical bank of windows. A three-car garage and custom details throughout give this compact home the appeal and amenities of a much-larger design and are a nod to the Craftsman and Mediterranean designs that influenced this updated architectural gem. A custom wood entry with sidelights match the triple transom windows featured throughout the house and echo the trim and features seen in the spacious three-car garage. We added new open shelving to flank either side of the fireplace. The matching built-ins bring symmetry and visual harmony to the den. The new shelving is just as functional as it is aesthetically appealing. Cabinets and drawers beneath the open shelves hide away clutter and provide ample storage.

The adage “good things come in small packages” was never more true than in the remodeling of this home’s small bathrooms. First, a powder room was renovated with a dynamic three dimensional wall decorated with chipped marble. A wall hung pedestal sink and embedded lighting create an ultra-modern appeal.
A second floor bathroom was gutted and redesigned to allow for a large walk-in shower. Marble walls, a tile floor, a rain shower head and a glass entry provide a spa-like feel. A marble countertop adorned with a white furniture-quality vanity and improved lighting are additional highlights.
While they were at it, the homeowners also redid the mudroom to create additional storage, a bench and locker storage. The added counter and back splash above washer and dryer make doing laundry and folding a lot easier.

Designed to appear as a barn and function as an entertainment space and provide places for guests to stay. Once the estate is complete this will look like the barn for the property. Inspired by old stone Barns of New England we used reclaimed wood timbers and siding inside.

The skylights and sliding doors at the fireplace are characteristic of the best qualities of the house, plentiful natural light and a strong connection to nature.

Homeowner needed more light, more room, more style. We knocked out the wall between kitchen and dining room and replaced old window with a larger one. New stained cabinets, Soapstone countertops, and full-height tile backsplash turned this once inconvenient,d ark kitchen into an inviting and beautiful space.
We relocated the refrigerator and applied cabinet panels. The new duel-fuel range provides the utmost in cooking options. A farm sink brings another appealing design element into the clean-up area.
New lighting plan includes undercabinet lighting, recessed lighting in the dining room, and pendant light fixtures over the island.
New wood flooring was woven in with existing to create a seamless expanse of beautiful hardwood. New wood beams were stained to match the floor bringing even more warmth and charm to this kitchen.
