The light filled laundry room is punctuated with black and gold accents, a playful floor tile pattern and a large dog shower. The U-shaped laundry room features plenty of counter space for folding clothes and ample cabinet storage. A mesh front drying cabinet is the perfect spot to hang clothes to dry out of sight. The "drop zone" outside of the laundry room features a countertop beside the garage door for leaving car keys and purses. Under the countertop, the client requested an open space to fit a large dog kennel to keep it tucked away out of the walking area. The room's color scheme was pulled from the fun floor tile and works beautifully with the nearby kitchen and pantry.

This white shaker style transitional laundry room features a sink, hanging pole, two hampers pull out, and baskets. the grey color quartz countertop and backsplash look like concrete.

Mediterranean home in San Mateo with traditional layout and accents. In keeping with the character of the home, client chose to include detailed crown moldings in grape pattern, decorative posts and panels on the appliances. The wall between the kitchen and breakfast room was removed to create a large open space with island and still maintained private seating area. Retained existing parquet flooring original to the home that blends nicely with the Dura Surpreme, Cherry cabinets. Devised much needed storage space with pantry cabinets, roll-outs, spice pull-outs, built-in trash and recycling. In the end, a lovely, open space worthy of guests any day of the week. This River Cottage needed a laundry area in a small space. Custom designed cabinets can be available for any use. This white stackable washer and dryer, sits in a hallway going unnoticed when the doors are shut. Guests only see a very handsome closet. When you open the custom cabinetry you will be surprised at what you find. This renovation not only included the appliances but they went a step further adding a pull out shelf for your laundry use. This is a unique design idea for any small laundry space.

No paper towels on this countertop! This custom pull-out keeps the paper towel roll concealed yet conveniently located directly beside the main sink. Dedicated storage below keeps trash bags, cleaning supplies and other everyday essentials organized and easily accessible—solving a common kitchen storage problem without adding countertop clutter.

The interior of the cabinets in this kitchen were not working well for the homeowner. They wanted to keep their kitchen design and improve the functionality with convenient storage options. We added 2 garbage drawers that worked around the sink plumbing, double tiered corner cabinet pull out system and roll out drawers in other cabinets.

Keep dirty clothes out of sight with a flip-open hamper tucked neatly behind a cabinet door. Sturdy chrome baskets keep lights and darks sorted to streamline the laundry process.
