Yes we are serious about ventilating...and climate control....
Because we believe in keeping that 'New Apartment' Smell for as long as possible...
Plaster looking sharp
Paint retaining its 'chroma'...
Odours that are not present....
Humidity that its kept out....
Drying sporting clothes in an instant as well as towels, is a breeze....
All concealed in an inconspicuous manner....
yes it is a fine balance between aesthetics and practical functionality.... where we always push the boundaries....
in this space.....
No Gas Heater, nor Gas Meters, nor Fuse boxes or ventilation fans are visibly mounted on the exteriors....all concealed in spaces that would normally not be utilised....

This massive wood burning fireplace features four tiers, each with a mantle with brick and copper elements accenting them. Built with boulders in a feat that pushed the boundaries of what is possible in masonry, this proved a challenging but fun project, well worth the efforts in its stunning command of attention. This is the back side, which features a contemporary water feature that functions as a water source for the adjacent planting bed. Complete with lighting to illuminate the waterfall at night.

Every now and then, we take on a smaller project with clients who are super fans of Form + Field, entrusting our team to exercise their creativity and produce a design that pushed their boundaries, which ultimately led to a space they love. With an affinity for entertaining, they desired to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Although a wall dividing the entryway and kitchen posed initial spatial constraints, we opened the area to create a seamless flow; maximizing the space and functionality of their jewel box kitchen. To marry the couple's favorite colors (blue and green), we designed custom wood cabinetry finished in a deep muted pine green with blue undertones to frame the kitchen; beautifully complementing the custom walnut wooden fixtures found throughout the intimate space.

Featuring clean, crisp lines and a minimalist yet contemporary exterior; the EcoMod 2.0 offers 3 - 5 spacious bedrooms, and 2-4 modern bathrooms all within a modest 1,900-2,460 sq. ft. Designed to blend seamlessly with its natural surroundings and truly connect you to the outdoors, the EcoRanch is redefining prefabricated, contemporary architecture. With a unique cantilevered deck, expansive glazing, flexible open layout, and unique outdoor spaces, this home will leave you speechless. Precisely engineering to pushing the boundaries of timber construction our team has crafted a home that is distinctive, environmentally friendly, and quite simply, a work of art.

This new construction residence is sited in the woods of Green Lane, PA. On a steep rocky slope, the glass living area is cantilevered from the mountainside pushing the living space to mingle directly to the creek and valley below. The bedroom-level floor is set perpendicular to the living space to flow in conjunction with the profile of the mountain focusing views to the woods. This in turn creates sheltered outdoor spaces that integrate the craggy boundaries of the rock against the crisp linear profiles of the structure. The result is a home that performs like a viewing outpost, framing serene vistas and forming protected cover in an aggressive landscape that is otherwise uninhabitable.

The developers of this cutting-edge spec home sought to push the boundaries of typical designs offered in their market. The exterior blends classic colonial style with contemporary flair. The interior space is thoughtfully created to provide open concept living with transitional finishing elements that will satisfy the needs of today's sophisticated families.
The staging design was created to showcase the beautiful construction, by pulling in modern and cutting edge elements. Sleek furniture and sophisticated accents create a seamless flow between the staging and architecture of the home.
