A neutral office composes this wonderful office design. Blacks, whites and beige set the tone for a light, bright, and airy home office perfect for those who work for home or those who just need space to study. A custom built in serves the purpose for both function with an abundance of storage on top and below but also is aesthetically pleasing. Inspirational quotes line the walls and fill in the built in for added decor. A pop of green and the area rug from Urban Outfitters gives this space the modern bohemian vibe.

Where the owners were once puzzled by the angled refrigerator and at a loss with how to use the butler’s pantry, they are now presented each day with a sensible storage facility adjacent to a new sound-reducing divided light pocket door - matching existing double doors to the dining room. A mechanical chase behind the butler’s pantry was relocated to a new smaller void within the new configuration to provide for a much needed hall closet.

Puzzled flagstone creates a border path that draws you along intriguing plantings to the fire pit patio. The large, level lawn was drainage engineered to stay dry.

A multifunctional space to 'unplug' for both adults and children. With the Meditation Room, a space was created that was not only tranquil for adults, but for children as well. The asian accents, natural materials and an indoor fountain lend to a earthy, natural vibe for the space. By adding a folding game table, the kids now have a relaxing space to go off the grid with puzzles, games, books, etc. It is possible to create your own zen without sacrificing function.

The homeowners wanted a simple, clean, modern bathroom. Sounds straightforward enough. But with a tight budget, a funky layout and a requirement not to move any plumbing, it was more of a puzzle than expected. Good thing we like puzzles! We added a wall to separate the bathroom from the master, installed a ‘tub with a view,’ and put in a free-standing vanity and glass shower to provide a sense of openness. The before pictures don’t begin to showcase the craziness that existed at the start, but we’re thrilled with the finish!

This flagstone looking patio is actually a paver. It goes together like a puzzle. The paver has false joints that don't go all the way through. There is a polymeric sand in-between all joints to seal for weeds
