New custom beach home in the Golden Hills of Hermosa Beach, California, melding a modern sensibility in concept, plan and flow w/ traditional design aesthetic elements and detailing.

I have received many inquiries regarding this cabinetry. While the product was beautiful, I cannot recommend the company that supplied it. Custom summer kitchen. The cabinetry is not actual teak, but a man made composite product specially designed to hold up in the Florida elements.

View of the family room from the backyard. Floor to ceiling windows allow maximum light and a feeling of openness that brings the outside in. All new trims, baseboards and doors in the redone family room. All new, modern lighting was installed. Heated du chateau flooring was added. The overhang seen here is new. The interior ceiling is original. The bluestone outdoor kitchen was designed around the existing Cypress tree. The door threshold seen here was designed to be completely flush inside and out.
